★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took me about six weeks to get a single contract signed. They're suggesting the online communication spares me time, then they don't answer to my mails for two weeks. They've also registered my phone number incorrectly -- it took them four weeks to realise it, although I've informed them three times that I haven't received the necessary SMS. The personal at the office is really unfriendly, too, although I didn't ask for anything specific. I don't have any problem with the company, though, their offer was correct and all, but the people who work here are simply not professional.
