Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr unfreundlich und desinteressiert Just don't rent an apartment that you are totally crazy about, the apartments are cheap to start with but they increase the rent every few months! The staff are very rude and disinterested

R	Roland Staudacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Fragen wurden zwar mehr oder weniger beantwortet, allerdings in einem Ton und auf eine Art und Weise die mir sehr missfiel. Da die Sätze "Lesen Sie doch das Gesetz..." und "Das ist halt so" auf die Frage warum gewisse Modalitäten so gestaltet werden, meines Erachtens auch nicht unbedingt einer Informationen entsprachen, beendete ich das Gespräch einigermaßen zügig und ohne schlauer zu sein als davor. Gut dass ich zur Zeit kein Mieter der Elin SG bin und es wenn möglich auch so schnell nicht sein werde. My questions were answered more or less, but in a tone and in a way that I really disliked. Since the sentences "Read the law ..." and "That's the way it is" when asked why certain modalities are designed in this way didn't necessarily correspond to information, I ended the conversation fairly quickly and without being smarter than before. It's a good thing I'm not currently a tenant of Elin SG and, if possible, it won't be that fast either.

Wären da nicht immer wieder Telefonate und Kontakte mit bestimmten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern, die uns diese Stimmung durch pure Respektlosigkeit vermiesen. Sehr, sehr schade. Obwohl ich Mieter bin, würde ich niemandem empfehlen, mit dieser Genossenschaft einen Vertrag abzuschließen. Our apartment is great, the location is great and we actually feel very comfortable (we pay enough. ?) If it weren't for the constant phone calls and contacts with certain employees who spoil this mood for us with pure disrespect. That's really a pity. Although I am a tenant, I would not recommend anyone signing a contract with this cooperative.

War im letzten Jahr auf der Suche nach einer günstigen Wohnung und wurde aber am Telefon immer nett und freundlich behandelt. Gibt es eventuell einen Grund für Mobbing? I don't understand the many negative reviews at all. Was looking for a cheap apartment last year and was always treated nice and friendly on the phone. Is there any reason for bullying?

Normalerweise lässt mich ein unhöflicher Kundendienst kalt, aber in diesem Fall platzt mir der fast der Kragen. Allein die Tonart der Dame im Kundendienst für Mietvertragsauflösungen versprühte schon bei Gesprächsbeginn die Botschaft "Ihr Anliegen ist mir egal". Simple Fragen wurden unhöflich und schnippisch beantwortet. Es wurde auch sehr scharf darauf hingewiesen, dass ich in dem drei monatigem Kündigungszeitraum etwaige Mietinteressenten in meine Wohnräume lassen müsste. Die Art wie sie es gesagt hat, hat mich doch schon geärgert. Nach ca. 5min rief ich nochmals an, da ich eine Frage zwecks Schlüsselübergabe hatte. Eine Kollegin teilte mir mit, die dafür zuständige Kollegin sei erst ab 13:00 Uhr wieder erreichbar. Dabei war es nicht mal 11 Uhr vormittags. Man fühlt sich hier sehr in die Rolle eines Bittstellers gedrängt. This is the first recession I've published in my life. Usually rude customer service leaves me indifferent, but in this case I almost blow my mind. The tone of the lady in customer service for lease termination alone sprayed the message "I don't care about your concern" at the beginning of the conversation. Simple questions were answered rude and snippy. It was also pointed out very sharply that I would have to let potential tenants into my living space during the three-month notice period. The way she said it already annoyed me. After about 5 minutes I called again because I had a question about handing over the keys. A colleague informed me that the responsible colleague could not be reached again until 1:00 p.m. It wasn't even 11 o'clock in the morning. You feel very much pushed into the role of supplicant here.

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und kompetent. Sie müssen sich aber auch immer an die Gesetze und die Mietbedingungen halten, was anscheinend einige nicht verstehen können oder wollen. Das es nicht immer leicht ist alle Kunden zufrieden zustellen, erklärt sich von selbst. Und es gilt auch immer "WIE MAN IN DEN WALD HINEINRUFT!" Ich bin mit dem Service sehr zufrieden, wenn man selbst höflich bleibt kann man auch davon ausgehen so behandelt zu werden! I don't understand the negative reviews! There are very inexpensive apartments for every need at absolutely fair prices. The staff are friendly and competent. But you also always have to adhere to the laws and rental conditions, which apparently some cannot or do not want to understand. It goes without saying that it is not always easy to satisfy all customers. And it is always "HOW TO CALL INTO THE FOREST!" I am very satisfied with the service, if you stay polite you can assume that you will be treated that way!
