Diese wurde mir dann im Laden auch direkt demonstriert und ausgiebig erklärt. Sehr freundlicher & kompetenter Service! Meine Wahl stand zwischen der neuen oder einer gebrauchten Nähmaschine per willhaben und ich wurde zu keiner Entscheidung gedrängt. Entschieden habe ich mich nun für die gebrauchte Maschine, dennoch wurde mir angeboten diese jederzeit bei Problemen vorbeibringen zu können. Definitiv empfehlenswert! I came across the shop via Google and immediately found out by phone that the Pfaff sewing machine I was looking for was in stock there. This was then demonstrated to me directly in the shop and explained in detail. Very friendly & competent service! My choice was between the new or a used sewing machine and I was not forced to make a decision. I have now decided on the used machine, but I was offered to be able to bring it with me at any time if there were any problems. Definitely recommendable!

Ich wurde bereits beim Auswahlverfahren sehr gut beraten. 2 Nähmaschinen wurden mir auch vorgestellt. Nach dem Kauf erhielt ich von Eva eine sehr gute und lange Einführung der Nähmaschine. Fa. Pitter kann ich nur empfehlen. Ich würde dort immer wieder eine Nähmaschine kaufen. Ich kann auch weiterhin ins Geschäft kommen und Fragen werden beantwortet. Ich bin sehr begeistert von der Bernette b79, gestickt habe ich bisher noch nicht. I bought a sewing machine with an embroidery function (Bernette b79). I was given very good advice during the selection process. 2 sewing machines were also introduced to me. After buying it, Eva gave me a very good and long introduction to the sewing machine. I can only recommend the Pitter company. I would buy a sewing machine there again and again. I can still do business and questions are answered. Da lohnt sich die Anfahrtszeit von 1 Stunde, denn in diesem Geschäft findet man ganz bestimmt was man sucht. Ideal ist auch dass die Maschine auch zum Service gebracht werden kann mit hauseigener Werkstatt. :)))) A very friendly family business, competent advice and a large selection of machines and accessories. The journey time of 1 hour is worthwhile, because you will definitely find what you are looking for in this shop. It is also ideal that the machine can also be brought to service with an in-house workshop. :))))

Eine aussergewöhnliche liebenswerte Frau. Ihre Beratung ist der Wahnsinn. Am liebsten würde man jede Woche eine Nähmaschine kaufen, um ihre Beratung zu genießen. Danke für dieses schöne Erlebnis. Brought my sewing machine in to have it looked at and assumed I would have to come back at a later date to pick it up again. I was excited about it getting fixed right away, due to low volume! The owner lives and breathes sewing machines, and the staff is very knowledgeable as well. In addition to various machines, they also sell threads and notions, knitting yarn and a small but fine selection of fabric for various purposes.
