T	Timea Stangl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liebe Familie Gröbl, liebe Elisabeth, was für eine gelungene Feier letzten Freitag in der Event-Räumlichkeiten des Wohnparks im Kaisersaal - meine Schwiegermutter ist noch immer ganz aus dem Häuschen. ;-) Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle ganz herzlich bei der Familie Gröbl und bei dir, liebe Elisabeth Radlingmaier und allen Helferlein rund um die Feier bedanken. Eure perfekte Organisation und sehr zuvorkommende Art hat einen großen Teil zum Gelingen dieser Veranstaltung beigetragen. Ich war selbst jahrelang im Eventmanagement tätig und weiß wovon ich rede. Ihr habt wirklich alles möglich gemacht, wart sehr zuvorkommend und es wurde einem jeder Wunsch erfüllt – das ganz ohne bürokratischem Aufwand, das ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich. Unsere Gäste waren total begeistert von der Location, ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass der ein oder andere auf euch zukommen wird. In diesem Sinne: Danke für die gute Zusammenarbeit! Es wird sich nicht die letzte Feier bei euch gewesen sein. Dear family Gröbl, dear Elisabeth, What a successful celebration last Friday in the event rooms of the residential park in the Kaisersaal - my mother-in-law is still very excited. ;-) I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Gröbl family and you, dear Elisabeth Radlingmaier, and all the helpers involved in the celebration. Your perfect organization and very courteous manner contributed a great deal to the success of this event. I've worked in event management for years and I know what I'm talking about. You really made everything possible, were very courteous and every wish was granted - without any bureaucratic effort, that is not a matter of course these days. Our guests were totally enthusiastic about the location, I could imagine that one or the other will come to you. In this sense: Thanks for the good cooperation! It will not be your last celebration.

Tolle Nachbarn, toller Bezirk, ja WIR leben gemeinsam mit netten Nachbarn in einem modernen Dorf, im Grünen und doch im Zentrum von Graz. Of course we like the residential park, otherwise WE would not live here ourselves. Great neighbors, great district, yes WE live together with nice neighbors in a modern village, in the countryside and yet in the center of Graz.

A	Ana Radosevic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place with very friendly staff (Amra & Aman). We were checking in late and we're a bit late with the check out. They were nice and waited for us. Notice - apertment is so great you'll probably want to stay in instead of exploring the city :) Two bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 toilett, 1 shower, kittchen, living room, sauna room, terrace with whirpool and a view of the mountain. If we go back to Graz; we'll stay there again for sure!
