★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 200kg+ Palette liegt zuerst tagelang im Lager herum bis man sich dann mal selber meldet und um eine Zustellung anfragt. "Man wurde vergessen". Dann am Tage der Auslieferung ist die Hebebühne am LKW defekt und die Zustellung wird abgebrochen. Kann auch irgendwie kein anderer Fahrer mehr übernehmen also wird die Zustellung wieder verschoben. Ohne Worte.
 A 200kg+ pallet lays around in the warehouse for days until you get in touch and ask for a delivery. "You have been forgotten". Then, on the day of delivery, the lifting platform on the truck is defective and the delivery is canceled. Somehow no other driver can take over, so the delivery will be postponed again. Without words.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truck driver didn't show up, however the tracking site claimed 'customer not found'. Ended up picking the package myself at their offices. 3 persons were there, 2 totally unfriendly girls, and a guy that actually was nice. Not the first time I got issues with their services. If possible, dont go for this company (they manage dpd in Innsbruck, so pick another shipping company if you can). Pretty disappointing.
