D	Danijel Jepuranovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Catastrophic service. Delivered the package whithout me signing anything, left the package on the postbox and of course somebody from my building stole it. It was a present for an anniversary for y wife. Well done DPD.
E	E G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Driver called me, when he came to deliver my package. I IMMEDIATELY went to pick it up. It took my 4 minutes, as the driver was on the other side of the building, which is quite big - but I really was running. When I was there, I saw him driving away without trying to reach me again. I was upset and I phoned dpd. I could reach them immediately and they were very frendly, but they told me, they could try again tomorrow.Today they won't try again. I told them, that I'm going to pick it uü after work. It's 15 Kilometers from the place where I live.

The driver signed in my place and declared the package delivered, and now I have neither the package nor the money back. I do not understand how there can be such a company on market, 0 interest and respect for customers...
F	Fabian Larion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My package have arrived to the delivery center dpd and they have lots my package and my package was supposed to arrive on 14.08.2021 and my package have been arrive to them on 05.08.2021, they didn’t informed me that the package was lost I had to call them twice(25.08.2021) until they finally told me they lost my package, it’s the worst company for delivery in special that I read even other’s reviews, I don’t recommend it to anyone Austrian postal company it’s doing a grate job, it’s always coming in time and sometimes even earlier

I sent and inquiry to DPD and they told me it would be delivered the next day (after being at their facility for a week already) and they just sent it back to the USA without a delivery attempt. Upon another contact they tell me to contact the sender. I would rate them 0 stars if I could. A disgrace.

I never received it, I am always home because of lockdown, they did not ring the bell, they did not try to contact me. I tried to contact them, they only say start an investigation with the shop you bought your things and hang up on me!! After I waited for 1 hour to get an answer! Of course the only explanation I have is that someone stole it, probably someone in the company, or one of my neighbours in which case it is the company’s fault because they left my package unattended! I want an explanation! I spent money for my package and I want it, it is their responsibility if they lost it!
K	Karin M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, as always. We watch them on live GPS (as DPD allows) and they never even bothered to come to our door even though they drove right by us. As usual, just sat in their truck and marked we weren’t home even though we are home AND know for a fact they did not even come up the door. I took screenshots to prove this and will send to corporate. Sick of these lazy, incompetent drivers. They shouldn’t be allowed to deliver for DPD, they are terrible. Worst service and drivers ever, as usual. I did not choose to use them, the company we bought from did. We will inform them too and remove DPD as a delivery option.
J	Juan Paz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend to do anything with this company which feels like a SCAM place, after 3 days with my parcel at the deposit. I called and asked what is happening and they didnt know, the operator told me that someone will call me, but nobody did. I took my car and after driving 30 minutes I found that the parcel was not there, asking why is that, the employee was not able to tell, so the parcel was not at my place nor at the deposit. At the end I am wondering how companies like this can exist without nobody shut it down.
