Mittlerweile ist es schön öfters vorgekommen das eine Paket nicht zugestellt wurde da anscheinend keiner Zuhause war, ich war aber immer daheim auch heute wieder. Es ist auch nie eine Benachrichtigung im Postkasten, das ist für mich ein Zeichen das der Fahrer einfach zu faul für seinen Job ist. Leider kann man sich den Zusteller nicht aussuchen sonst würd ich nie wieder was von DPD zustellen lassen. Da dies kein Einzelfall ist solltet ihr mal handeln und euch was einfallen lassen. Absolute cheek. In the meantime it has happened quite often that a package was not delivered because apparently nobody was home, but I was always at home again today. There is never a notification in the mailbox either, which for me is a sign that the driver is simply too lazy for his job. Unfortunately, you can't choose the deliverer, otherwise I'd never have anything delivered by DPD again. Since this is not an isolated case, you should act and come up with something.

Ich wäre ja nicht so verärgert, wenn es wenigstens an der Tür geklingelt hätte - und ja, ich war durchgehend anwesend... Leider kann man sich die Zusteller nicht immer aussuchen. Wüsste ich dass es sich um dpd handelt würde ich keinesfalls eine Bestellung in Auftrag geben. Package predicted for the period 13:00 to 17:00. Received a message at 08:30 that an attempt was made to deliver the package to me. I wouldn't be so upset if the doorbell had at least rang - and yes, I was there all the time... Unfortunately, you can't always choose the delivery person. If I knew that it was dpd, I would never place an order.

S	Seid Zunic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad company!!! I found my €200 package in front of my building not even close to the entrance door, anybody passing by could have picked it up. The post man did not even had the will to ring on the door bell in front of the entrance to the building.

I really do not undestand why big companies such as Amazon, Zalando, etc. put DPD under their wing...The current rating of the company (1.5) says it all...

Call center not existing, even when the problem is caused by them: the courier left me somebody else’s notice. And? Nothing! No help whatsoever; actually they sent back my pack. Btw what about the privacy? I have all the info of the other person. Thus, I call him thinking he got my delivery by mistake. Well done!
