G	Gudrun Benedek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte eine Zahn OP. War bis 22h wegen Narkose dort. Wurde von allen (egal ob Arzt, Helfer, Rezeption oder Putzfrau) liebevoll und freundlich betreut. Fachlich einfach Spitze!!!!!! Had a tooth OP. Was there until 22h because of anesthesia. Was looked after by all (no matter whether doctor, helper, front desk or cleaning lady) lovingly and friendly. Technically easy tip !!!!!!
I	Irik Süleyman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abzocke pur für meine eigenen Röntgen Bilder auf Verlangen wird für eine schlichte Schwarz weiss Kopie 19,90€ verlangt das ist eine Frechheit. Für eine Behandlung wo sich der Junior kümmert muss man sich danach ein "Beratungsgespräch" mit dem Chefarzt dem Herrn Bulla ausmachen und darf für 1std gleich 120,00€ zahlen was mir das Spital oder jeglicher anderer Arzt auch hätte sagen können. Ich find das unverschämt was sich manche Ärzte erlauben!!!! Pure rip-off for my own X-ray images on request, a simple black and white copy will charge € 19.90 that is a cheek. For a treatment where the junior takes care of you, you have to arrange a "consultation" with the chief physician, Mr Bulla, and you can pay € 120.00 for 1 std, which the hospital or any other doctor could have told me. I think that's outrageous what some doctors allow themselves!
V	Vienna Twins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inkompetent. Hatte eine sehr junge Ärztin. Geht auf den Patienten kaum ein. Ich wünschte sie hätte genau so viel Empathie wie die Rezeptionsdamen. Auf meine Fragen, hat sie meiner Meinung nach arrogant reagiert, was tiefgründig mit Unsicherheit zu tun hat. Ich kenne sie nicht, aber eine Weisheitszahn OP dürfte sie anscheinend noch nicht oft gemacht haben. Oft kam die Frage:"Wie machen wir weiter?" Es war mir klar das diese OP mit Schmerzen verbunden ist, aber das Verhalten war eindeutig nicht das eines Fachmannes. Ein guter Arzt sein, hat auch was damit zu tun, wie man seine Patienten behandelt, Fräulein! Die Gehilfin, alles sehr junge Mädchen, kicherte teilweise während ich mit Schmerzen auf den Stuhl lag. Mit seinen Kindern kann man vlt zur Zahnkontrolle hingehen, bei etwas Gröberen, würde ich diese Stelle auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Bin danach gleich zu einen Arzt der genau weiß was er tut. Incompetent. Had a very young doctor. Hardly goes into the patient. I wish she had as much empathy as the receptionists. In my opinion, she responded arrogantly to my questions, which has a profoundly insecure nature. I do not know her, but apparently she did not often have a wisdom tooth OP. Often the question came: "How do we continue?" It was clear to me that this surgery was painful, but the behavior was clearly not that of a professional. Being a good doctor also has something to do with how you treat your patients, miss! The helper, all very young girls, giggled in part as I lay in pain on the chair. With his children you can vlt go to the dental check, with something grosser, I would not recommend this place under any circumstances. Immediately afterwards go to a doctor who knows exactly what he is doing.

Kollegin an der Rezeption verbietet mir einen Termin auszumachen, da die Bewilligung für eine Knirschschiene noch nicht da ist, da die Krankenkasse sagt ich brauche es nicht, sie aber darauf beharrt. Super Service! Ich hoffe ich kann noch zu einem andern Zahnarzt gehen. Incomprehensible. Colleague at the front desk forbids me to make an appointment, as the approval for a crunch bar is not there yet, because the health insurance says I do not need it, but she insists. Super Service! I hope I can go to another dentist.
P	P. Gahleitner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War mit meiner beeinträchtigten Tochter dort, die vor 14 Tagen eine schwierige Zahn OP im KH Hietzing hatte. Sie lässt sich nicht in den Mund schauen, was ich am Telefon schon gesagte. Leider hatten die zwei sehr jungen Damen, die sie behandelten, keine Idee was man da machen könnte. Ich fragte dann nach einem Röntgen, dass aber nicht funktionierte, weil das Röntgengerät nicht beim Rollstuhl vorbeifahren konnte. Auf meine Bitte, meine Tochter doch auf einen Hocker zu setzen und ich bleibe bei ihr, sagten sie das geht nicht und haben gemeint....gehen sie doch ins Krankenhaus Hietzing. Nicht sehr kompetent, ich hoffe der Rest der Mannschaft ist da besser.... den einen Stern gibt´s für die Damen am Empfang Was there with my disabled daughter, who had a difficult dental operation in KH Hietzing 14 days ago. She won't have her mouth looked at, which I said on the phone. Unfortunately the two very young ladies who treated her had no idea what to do about it. I then asked for an X-ray, but it didn't work because the X-ray machine couldn't pass the wheelchair. When I asked them to put my daughter on a stool and I would stay with her, they said it was not possible and meant... go to the Hietzing hospital. Not very competent, I hope the rest of the team is better there.... the one star is for the ladies at reception
