Daher nehm ich mir die Zeit gern um hier positiv zu bewerten, und werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Das Augenzentrum an sich sieht sauber, hell und offen aus. Eine ganz liebe Dame am Empfang und keine lange Wartezeit bei mir gewesen. Ich kann nichts negatives sagen, zumal ich bei Ärzten und Praxen doch recht schnell genervt bin und eher pingelig... also alles Top, DANKE! I was with Dr. Borny. A totally lovely, friendly and personable doctor who cares a lot about helping you. Therefore I like to take the time to rate it positively and will definitely come again! The eye center itself looks clean, bright and open. A very nice lady at the front desk and not a long wait for me. I can not say anything negative, especially since I get annoyed by doctors and surgeries quite quickly and rather picky ... so all great, THANKS!

Zum Augenzentrum an sich: schnelle Terminvergabe, keine Wartezeit. Personal freundlich. Treated by Dr. Borny: very committed doctor. Takes a lot of time. You feel comfortable with the treatment. Clear recommendation. To the eye center itself: quick appointments, no waiting. Staff friendly.

Sehr genaue Untersuchung, ist auf mich eingegangen , hat mir zugehört und sich "Zeit genommen". Ich war sehr zufrieden, werde auch wieder hingehen. Wow, since I always have problems with ophthalmologists, I went there with mixed feelings. Dr. Borny looked after me. Very detailed examination, responded to me, listened to me and "took my time". I was very satisfied and will go again.

Frau Prof. Binder hat sich die Problemstelle angeschaut und am selben Tag, gleich nach der Besprechung, wurde eine kleine OP durchgeführt. Ich habe nicht Wochen oder Monate lang auf die notwendige OP warten müssen. Alles ging sehr schnell und unkompliziert, bin sehr zufrieden! Kann ich weiterempfehlen! Very friendly team! I didn't have to wait weeks or months for the necessary surgery. Everything went very quickly and easily, I'm very satisfied! I can recommend it!
T	Thomas Gartner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aufgrund Wochenlanger Wartezeit entschied ich mit meiner Tochter Privat einen Erstvorstellungstermin zu nehmen. Wartezeit waren +- 10min, absolut ok. Der Arzt und seine Assistentin waren freundlich und Kinderlieb. Mein Anliegen war folgendes: Ich hatte von beginn an den Verdacht das die Tochter eine Brille brauchen würde, kam also mit der Erwartung hin das dass Ergebnis nach dem Arztgespräch "Ja Brille oder nein keine Brille" sein sollte. Für einen Privattermin der exakt €200! kostete war das Ergebnis leider ernüchternd bzw mir zu wenig. Es könnte sein das die Tochter eine Brille braucht, muss aber nicht. Wir wurden in die Sehschule Smz Ost weitergeschickt, dort erst in einigen Wochen einen Termin bekamen. Due to the weeks of waiting, I decided to take my daughter on an appointment for a private interview. Waiting time was + - 10 minutes, absolutely ok. The doctor and his assistant were friendly and fond of children. My concern was as follows: Right from the start I suspected that the daughter would need glasses, so I came with the expectation that the result after the consultation with the doctor would be "yes glasses or no no glasses". For a private appointment of exactly € 200! Unfortunately, the result was sobering or not enough for me. It could be that the daughter needs glasses, but doesn't have to. We were sent on to the Smz Ost visual school, where we didn't get an appointment for a few weeks.

Allerdings, dass ich 40min warten musste, entpricht ganz und gar nicht meinen Vorstellungen, wenn ich Privatpatient bin, und 150 Euro dafür zahlen muss. Wofür zahle ich denn so eine teure Zusatz Versicherung? I do not want to doubt the competence and friendliness of the doctors and the staff. However, the fact that I had to wait 40 minutes does not correspond to my expectations at all if I am a private patient and have to pay 150 euros for it. What do I pay for such an expensive additional insurance?
