The room wasn't anything special, but I loved being there anyway :) friendly staff and there is a bus stop - it's bus J I think - basically right there!
S	Steve Chater on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Even though we paid in advance and had a bank transaction to prove so and showed the owner this upon checkout, he still insisted we owed money. We paid $200 for a 1 night stay. Absolute scam and a terrible experience. Spoke some english the day we checked in, but when it came to discussing the payment, all english skills we forgotton, even though they said on the website they spoke english. Outdated rooms, very small and the bathroom was far from standard. The whole place smelled like stale ciggarette smoke. Avoid this place at all costs. Do not agree to breakfast, its a hidden $20 charge for rubbish. $20 in town will get you a two meals of quakity.

Located at a hill, surrounded by the huge free green fields , this is a unique spot for the most fantastic view towards the city of Innsbruck & mountains, right from the house window. Family atmosphere, home made food, old Tirolian house-keeping traditions (cosy furniture, authentic breakfast and lunch rooms, apple tree garden, roses in summer, all with the glance of the high snowy peaks. One can gaze miles away and see the beautiful panorama. Bus stop Ölberg is within a proximity of 5 Minutes. The bus J to the city takes about 10-15 minutes to the city center. Norkette Mountain range (foothill station) is about 10 minutes with the same bus into the opposite direction. One can take the 20-25 minutes short trail to the city with the splendid view along the waterfall. Experience not comparable to anything else!
L	Lenka Linhart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average and dated rooms. Not very clean. Terribly small bathroom. You can hear everything from the corridor as no soundproof in the rooms. Staff very lax. Restaurant wasn't open even if there was a sign that it is supposed to be open. The only amazing thing was the view.

We've called tot ask if this was not a problem but thankfully we were able to check-in . When we arrived we've been helped very kindly. Service was great, very kind people. Rooms (we had a 3 person room) are quite large. However the beds are a bit hard, but that is a matter of préférence.
E	Edoardo Sambin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has a wonderful view of the city and it's relatively near to a bus station, which will get you in the centre in 15-20 minutes. I suggest to stay 1 or 2 nights, not more. The bathroom is in common for some rooms. Overall a nice experience
