Mittendrin ein abgeschiedener Gasthof, davor viele Autos mit ortsnahen Kennzeichen. Mittagszeit am Feiertag! Prallvoll, jedoch Glück gehabt, ein Tisch wird gerade frei. Eine anheimelnde Stube mit viel Holz, die Tische mit gutgelaunten Großfamilien bestückt. Die flinken Servicemädchen im Dirndl tragen zur Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre bei. Die umfangreiche Karte offeriert ein dreigängiges Mittagmenü, sowie Speisen für jeden Gusto und für jede Tageszeit zu sehr moderaten Preisen. Vor allem mit Fisch und Wild ist man hier richtig. An dem beträchtlichen Angebot an Strudeln und Torten in der Vitrine kann man nicht vorbei, wobei jedes Stück allein eine Hauptmahlzeit für sich wäre. Der imposante Patron überwacht das Geschehen und macht seine Runde zu den offensichtlichen Stammgästen. Wir sind überzeugt, nach mehrmaligem Besuchen wird er seine Ignoranz, die er uns Fremdlingen gegenüber erweist, überwinden. On the way in the Wildalpen region along the curvy, beautiful Salza valley. In the middle a secluded inn, in front of it a lot of cars with local license plates. Lunchtime on public holidays! Full to the brim, but lucky, a table is just becoming free. A cozy living room with lots of wood, the tables with cheerful extended families. The nimble service girls in dirndls contribute to the feel-good atmosphere. The extensive menu offers a three-course lunch menu as well as dishes for every taste and for every time of the day at very moderate prices. You are at the right place here, especially with fish and game. You can't ignore the considerable range of strudels and cakes in the display case, with each piece being a main meal in itself. The imposing patron watches what is happening and makes his rounds to the obvious regulars. We are convinced that after several visits he will overcome the ignorance he shows towards us strangers.

Alles Top Very, very friendly and nice service staff, ordered food was served very quickly and was absolutely delicious. I can only recommend. Everything perfect

Flottes und freundliches Personal und auch die Chefin sehr nett & bemüht. Karte mit traditioneller Hausmannskost, Fisch und Mittagsmenü. Super Schnitzel, hausgemachter Salat, gute Suppen und lecker, hausgemachte Mehlspeisen, Strudel und Torten (unbedingt probieren!). Faire Preise. Also wir kommen gerne wieder! Traditional inn with a cultivated ambience with lots of wood and hunting trophies. Also very popular with locals (good sign). Fleet and friendly staff and the boss very nice and tried hard. Menu with traditional home cooking, fish and lunch menu. Super schnitzel, homemade salad, good soups and delicious, homemade pastries, strudel and cakes (you have to try them!). Fair prices. So we'd love to come back!
