Beautiful newly renovated rooms and breakfast room with a delicious breakfast buffet coffee machine all Stückerl plays and landlords to fulfill every wish with joy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben hier ein paar sehr schöne Tage verbracht und waren wirklich rundherum zufrieden. Parkplatz direkt am Haus / ein Vorraum für Bikes (incl Kompressor!) / Zimmer gemütlich und sauber / Frühstück reichlich ... Ein einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag der keinen Einfluss auf die Bewertung hatte (da man sicher nicht zum TV sehen hier Urlaub macht) ein Fernseher sollte immer in Augenhöhe zur Sitzposition montiert werden?
Wenn wir wieder in Spitz Urlaub machen werden wir wieder hier buchen - KLARE EMPFEHLUNG ?
We spent a few very nice days here and were really satisfied. Parking directly at the house / an anteroom for bikes (incl compressor!) / Room comfortable and clean / breakfast plentiful ... A single suggestion for improvement had no effect on the rating (as you certainly do not watch the TV holiday here) a TV should always be mounted at eye level to the seating position?
If we go back to Spitz we will book again - CLEAR RECOMMENDATION ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gepflegte Zimmer, Frühstück war ausreichend. Leider kann ich trotzdem nur abraten, bei dem Gästehaus Martin ein Zimmer zu buchen. Wir mussten uns schon während des CheckIn beinahe dafür rechtfertigen, warum wir geimpft sind. Einen Tag nach unseren CheckOut kamen nachträglich per Mail Forderungen für ein angeblich von uns beschädigtes Möbelstück, welche leider nach unserer Bekanntgabe dass wir nichts beschädigt haben, auf ein beinahe beleidigendes persönliches Niveau von der Vermieterin gehoben wurde.
Well-kept rooms, breakfast was sufficient. Unfortunately, I can only advise against booking a room with the guest house Martin. We almost had to justify why we were vaccinated during the check-in. One day after our check-out, requests for an allegedly damaged piece of furniture were received by email, which unfortunately, after our announcement that we had not damaged anything, was raised to an almost insulting personal level by the landlady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our rooms were new, very nice, and quiet. Breakfast was good. Owners didn't speak much English but they had thorough instructions in English that told us everything we needed to know.
