Excellent restaurant, probably one the best ones in Wachau. Good service and friendly staff. Except the boss lady. Maybe she just had a bad day, but so rude. If not the boss himself wouldn't have been that nice, I would have taken my business somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband drove by when seeing a table is free on the terrace , parked infront of the hotel and asked the waiter if the table is free for us ! My husband came back to the car and said yes I jumped out being pregnant with a diaper bag for our 1 year old and entered the terrace alone , as my husband was getting our one year old out of the car and will be behind me shortly, I saw the table was no longer free , I told the waiter my husband was here 10 sec ago for the table , the waiter was so rude was more concerned about that we parked in a loading zone instead of helping me to a table … why did he just not tell my husband that his not allowed to park infront of the hotel why does he pick on a pregnant lady!! Bad experience so I left went back to the car , and did not feel like eating there anymore and being served by a man who does not have the guts to tell a man to man not to park there and needs to give a pregnant lady a half hour speech about her man who parked wrong !!!
