M	Mark Leipertz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und auch preiswert. Was jedoch ein wenig nervig ist, ist dass man die Schuhe direkt beim betreten des Hauses ausziehen muss. Außerdem wird zwar mit frei verfügbaren Internet geworben, in Wahrheit ist dies jedoch äußerst instabil und eigentlich überhaupt nicht zu gebrauchen. Da sollte definitiv nachgebessert werden. Ein weiteres Manko des Appartements war der nicht vorhandene Backofen. Glücklicherweise bestand jedoch die Möglichkeit eines Brötchen Lieferdienstes. Es ist zwar nicht sonderlich zentral gelegen, aber der Fußweg ins Zentrum ist nicht weit, was zur Folge hat, dass es dort sehr ruhig ist. Sehr schön zur Entspannung. Die Haltestelle zum Skibus ist nicht weit, dieser fährt auch nur wenige Minuten bis zu den beiden Liften des Ortes. Wenn man in ein anderes Gebiet fahren möchte, sollte man eher zum Bahnhof Mayrhofen laufen, dieser ist auch nicht weit weg von der Unterkunft. Es gibt zwar kein Frühstück mehr, dafür aber einen Brötchen-Lieferdienst. Allerdings funktioniert das WLAN so gut wie gar nicht. Very nice accommodation and very nice and accommodating host. The stop for the ski bus is not far, it only takes a few minutes to get to the two lifts in the village. If you want to go to another area, you should rather walk to Mayrhofen train station, which is not far from the accommodation. R	Radulovic Dragan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haus an sich hat sehr gute Lage. Zentral / 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis Zentrum und und sehr ruhig. Apartment gross und geräumig. Gastgeber sind Geschichte für sich. So Unfreundliche Gastgeber habe ich bis jetzt noch nicht gehabt. Es hat angefangen wen uns der Herr des Hauses am ersten Abend gegen 23 Uhr auf der Treppenhaus abgewartet hat um uns zu sagen daß wir unsere Strassenschule in Skiraum ausziehen müssten und das Treppenhaus mit, von im zum Verfügung gestellten , Hausschuhe zu betreten, und das weil Treppenhaus mit Teppichboden belegt ist. Soll ich bitte noch Fußspitzen bekommen ??? Wir dürften Haus nur über Skiraum betreten, obwohl da noch eine Türe ist wo Mann in Flur rein kommt. Nict einmal wehren unsere Aufenthalt würden wir gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist, ob wir was brauchen. Nicht einmal war unsere Apartment in 7 Tage sauber gemacht worden. Nicht einmal unsere Handtücher in diese Woche ausgetauscht worden sind , und Mann duscht nah dem Skifahrt jeden Tag... Natürlich, Herrschaft hat nicht vergessen eine Pauschale von 70 € für Endreinigung zu verlangen... Leute ... Bitte Hände weg von diesen Haus oder eure Urlaub wird zu Höhle... Ich persönlich komme nie wieder und empfehle das keinen !!! The house itself is in a very good location. Central / 5 minutes walk to the center and and very quiet. Apartment large and spacious. Hosts are history in themselves. I have never had such unfriendly hosts before. It started when the master of the house was waiting for us on the staircase at around 11 p.m. on the first evening to tell us that we had to take our street school out in the ski room and enter the stairwell with slippers that were provided, and that because The stairwell is carpeted. Should I still get tiptoe please ??? We are only allowed to enter the house through a ski room, although there is still a door where a man can enter the hallway. Not once to defend our stay, we would be asked if everything is okay, if we need anything. Our apartment wasn't cleaned once in 7 days. Not even our towels have been changed this week, and we shower close to skiing every day ... Of course, Herrschaft did not forget to charge a flat rate of 70 € for final cleaning ... People ... Please hands off this house or your vacation will turn into a cave ... Personally, I will never come back and do not recommend it !!!
C	Carolin von Gersdorff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren das dritte Jahr zu Gast bei Martha! Wir fühlen uns immer sehr willkommen. Liebevoll eingerichtete, gemütliche und familiäre Unterkunft. Ruhige Lage aber nicht weit vom Skibus entfernt. Auf Wunsch gibt es morgens frische Brötchen. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Fühlen uns sehr wohl dort und kommen gerne wieder! Danke für die schöne Zeit, Martha :) We were guests of Martha for the third year! We always feel very welcome. Lovingly furnished, cozy and family accommodation. Quiet location but not far from the ski bus. On request, there are fresh rolls in the morning. There are enough parking spaces in front of the house. We feel very comfortable there and would love to come back! Thanks for the great time, Martha :)
S	Stephan Wester on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr tolles Gästehaus, das von sehr netten Inhabern geführt wird. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es ist ruhig, aber nicht allzu weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Für morgens wird ein Brötchen-Lieferservice angeboten, so dass man immer frische Brötchen zum Frühstück hat. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß. W-Lan hatte ich im 2. Stock auch ausreichend gehabt, so dass ich Streaming-Dienste (z.B. Sky, Amazon prime) ohne Probleme nutzen konnte. Das nächste Mal, wenn ich nach Mayrhofen (sehr schöner Ort) reise, werde ich wieder bei Gästehaus Martha buchen. Auf den Fotos sehr ihr meinen Blick vom Balkon direkt auf die Berge. A very great guest house that is run by very nice owners. The location is very good. It's quiet but not too far from the center. A bread delivery service is offered in the morning so that you always have fresh bread for breakfast. The room was big enough. I had enough WiFi on the 2nd floor so that I could use streaming services (e.g. Sky, Amazon prime) without any problems. The next time I travel to Mayrhofen (very nice place) I will book again with Gästehaus Martha. In the photos you can see my view from the balcony directly on the mountains.

Besonders anmerken muss man die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft und die freundlichen Inhaber. Für Skifahrer gibt es einen Skiraum mit Schuhheizung. Wir haben uns die Woche sehr wohlgefühlt. We spent a very nice and relaxing week. Apartment was equipped with everything you need and very comfortable. Particularly noteworthy is the cleanliness of the accommodation and the friendly owner. For skiers there is a ski room with boot heating. We felt very comfortable the week.

Die gemütlich und modern eingerichtete Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet, so dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Das Apartment hatte ausreichend Platz für uns 4 Erwachsene Personen mit 2 Bädern und sogar 2 Balkonen. Im beheizten Skikeller hatten wir genügend Platz für unser Ski-Equipment und auch das Auto stand sicher auf einem der hauseigenen Parkplätze. Der Skibus ist nur 100 m vom Haus entfernt. Alles super und wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr! Danke Martha! :) For the 4th time with dear Martha and it was, as always, a fantastic holiday! The cozy and modern furnished accommodation is very clean and fully equipped, so that we didn't miss anything. The apartment had enough space for us 4 adults with 2 bathrooms and even 2 balconies. In the heated ski cellar we had enough space for our ski equipment and our car was also safely parked in one of the in-house parking lots. The ski bus is only 100 m from the house. Everything was great and we are already looking forward to next year! Thank you Martha! :)

(Hair-dryer, cosmetic products, good breakfast included although it's not buffet!). Ski bus station in walking distance, park-place, heated ski room. You can even pay by card. Absolutely worth booking there :)
