★ ★ ★ ★ ★ perfect b&b, owner Sylvia is such a sweetheart and very helpful, room was spacious enough and fully equipped, very clever solution, clean bathroom, soft towels, breakfast was fresh, delicious, everything you ever wanted and can imagine, there is also kitchen area where you can prepare tea and coffee and enjoy homemade cake (free of charge) or grab a beer/wine/non-alcoholic drinks and leave money in piggy bank
it‘s located little bit in the middle of nowhere, near to Oberperfuss, in walking distance (restaurant, shop etc.)

I would have liked to extend the stay just for the breakfast alone, but I had a plane to catch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing guesthouse! Would definitely visit again in a second! The host couple was fabulous and helped us tremendously with transportation and local ski attractions. Great view from the balcony and lots of personal touches and attention to detail. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the breakfast was outstanding! Yum!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible B&B. Beautiful, clean rooms with everything you need including lovely soaps and shower toiletries. Such a cozy bed. The host is such a lovely lady, and she prepared the most amazing breakfast!! So many choices, and she sources from local farmers. Truly a great stay, you will see why this guest house has a perfect 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing couple who is taking care of this place with so much attention to customers and details..very well designed stay with good spread of breakfast -home made cookies, Nutella cakes and breads with eggs and veggies.
Amazing view from this stay and 15 min to Innsbruck city from here.
