I was in restaurant in this hotel. They have so nice climat there. Restaurant is making from wood. People working there are very kind. Food is fresh and delicious. View is on Mountain. I recomend this restaurant.

Quite and nice hotel. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast included. Located outside of Innsbruck. 4176 line can take you in 25 mins from Innsbruck hbf. Innsbruck pass doesn't cover the ticket on 4176. Rooms are bit tiney. Good place for a short stay.

Beautiful location. Terrible service. I used a travel agency to book the hotel. I had a pretty good rate as it was the off-season (November.) When I got to the hotel, I was informed that the agency made an error and they booked two single rooms instead of two double rooms for our party of four. I was told that the manager was not available (even though it was only around 6pm,) and I would have to settle the account in the morning, although there might be a mark-up. When I talked with the manager in the morning, she informed us we would have to pay a 56 Euro per-night per room mark-up (we already pre-paid 50 euros for each room to begin with so this up-charge more than doubled the room cost.) Then she acted like we were being cheap by not wanting to pay more than double the cost we already pre-paid. She also said that the agency making an error was not her problem--it was my problem. I was willing to meet in the middle and pay a surcharge to match off-season rates that were on Expedia for that night for that hotel, but she refused and insisted I pay full book price for both nights (Book price was 120 Euros even though Expedia had double rooms for 88 Euros that night online.) After a good while of arguing, they "graciously" allowed us to use our two-night pre-payment as the cost for the one night we stayed and we had to go find a hotel elsewhere for our second night. The manager was unbelievably rude the whole time--and even said that this error happens frequently because of how the agencies don't know the hotel has single rooms, yet they haven't come up with a way to fix it. Stay away!

This is a bit late, but have to comment as we really enjoyed our stay here. At first we had to use the local bus service [no issues once we got the timetable] and then later a hire car, there was always space available for the car. The accommodation was compact but the ensuite and heating was more than adequate, we arrived in the New Year just as the snow arrived and used the balcony as a fridge. The breakfast was full and plenty, the evening meals we thought were top notch and well priced and presented. Some members of staff were willing to speak English so that was of great assistance when deciphering the evening menu. I would recommend this hotel without reservation and would be more than happy to use them again. TD New Zealand

Great family run hotel. Nice clean rooms. Decor dated but does the job. Fantastic food and good value restaurant. Breakfast included. large car park to rear so no issues parking my large van.

Stunning hotel in a amazing location. Very friendly and helpful staff. After being let down by another hotel we rang this one around 1am and the night porter said he had a room free, we arrived at 4am to be greeted by a gentleman that spoke english which was helpful, he gave us a free upgrade to a suite overlooking the mountains to the rear. Even allowed us to check out later as we arrived late in the morning. Very pleasant hotel. Will definitely return here in the future.

Unfortunately Rooms don’t look like posted in the pictures and the room I stayed in was facing the loud and busy street so it was hard to sleep. The kitchen and staff are very pleasant and polite. I would recommend.
