In the case of our broken washing machine both Mr and Mrs Plattner were very friendly and endeavored. You feel well looked after and cared for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von dieser Firma können sich sehr viele was abschauen . Angefangen von der Freundlichkeit den Umgang mit den Kunden bis hin zum Service , einfach ein 5* Betrieb . Wir hatten in letzter Zeit leider wegen einer Reklamation ( Backrohr defekt ) sehr oft miteinander zu tun . Wir hatten das Backrohr nicht einmal bei ihnen gekauft . Aber wie sie das alles erledigt haben , einfach Super.
Vielen Dank für alles was sie für uns gemacht haben damit wir ein funktionierendes Backrohr haben . Danke und wir wünschen ihnen allen alles gute , Familie Huber
From this company can look a lot of what. From the friendliness of dealing with the customers to the service, just a 5 * operation. Unfortunately we had to deal with each other very recently because of a complaint (oven defective). We did not even buy the oven from them. But how they did it, just great.
