Newly furnished apartments located on the first floor, accessible via a staircase. It has a bit of a motel charm. Very clean and modern facilities.

Das Personal Vorort war freundlich und das Appartement war sauber ABER telefonisch wurde vereinbart, dass wir das große Appartement(4 Pers.) vorerst für 2 Personen reservieren und in der Woche vor der Anreise genauer bekannt geben wieviele Personen noch dazu kommen, da das zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung nicht bekannt war. Der Vermieter meinte, dass das kein Problem wäre und dann nur noch etwas für die Reinigung dazu kommt(lt. Website 10,- Euro p.P.). Auf der Buchungsbestätigung wurden für das Appartement 103,- Euro verrechnet. Auf der endgültigen Rechnung 250,- Euro, weil noch 3 Personen dazu gekommen sind. Wir waren der Annahme, dass das Appartement einen Fixpreis hat und nur noch ein Aufpreis für die Reinigung dazu kommt. Nach einem langen Telefonat mit dem Vermieter, der äußerst unfreundlich und unprofessionell auf unser Anliegen reagiert hat, mussten wir um 19.30 das Quartier wechseln. Unsere Anzahlung wurde uns zurückerstattet. Unprofessional host and overpriced! The on-site staff was friendly and the apartment was clean BUT it was agreed by phone that we would reserve the large apartment (4 people) for 2 people for the time being and in the week before arrival we would give more details about how many people would be added at the time was not known to the booking. The landlord said that this would not be a problem and that only something was added for cleaning (according to website 10, - Euro per person). On the booking confirmation, 103 euros were charged for the apartment. On the final bill 250 euros, because 3 more people came. We were assuming that the apartment would have a fixed price and that there would only be a surcharge for cleaning. After a long phone call with the landlord, who responded extremely unfriendly and unprofessionally to our request, we had to change our quarters at 7.30 p.m. Our deposit was refunded to us.

Besitzer und Personal sind sehr freundlich und nett, Apartment sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Man hat sich sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt! Lage geht nicht Zentraler, alles (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof, Restaurant, Bäcker etc.) in 2-5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir empfehlen "Das Eberhart" auf jeden Fall weiter und wünschen alles beste! We were very surprised to get more than expected! We spent 2 weeks in the apartment and we really enjoyed it! Owner and staff are very friendly and nice, apartment clean and well equipped. You felt very comfortable in the apartment! Location is not more central, everything (shopping, train station, restaurant, bakery, etc.) can be reached in 2-5 minutes. We definitely recommend "Das Eberhart" and wish all the best!
