Makes a good impression. Unfortunately, you hardly get appointments at short notice, but they try hard.

Anscheinend ist man bei akuten Beschwerden nicht wirklich gewillt den Patienten weiterzuhelfen.
Die Telefonistin hatte mir sogar vorgeschlagen einen anderen Facharzt aufzusuchen.
Schade ich bekam gute Referenzen und der Herr Dr. Wölkhart dürfte ein sehr guter Arzt sein.
Just wanted to make an appointment and the matter would be acute.
Apparently one is not really willing to help the patient with acute complaints.
The telephone operator had even suggested that I visit another specialist.
A pity I got good references and Dr. Ing. Wölkhart should be a very good doctor.
