Hab gestern ein Taxi für 2 Uhr bestellt. Der Fahrer sagte: ja passt bin ich da.
Um 2 Uhr war kein Fahrer zu sehen.
Da ich weiß das Silvester im viel los ist hab ich eine viertel Stunde gewartet. Danach rief ich an und fragte ob er schon auf dem Weg ist!?
Der Fahrer sagte : das geht sich heute nicht mehr aus, er kommt hinten und vorne nicht zusammen.
Wenn er das vorher sagt das es sich nicht ausgeht is es kein Problem. Aber uns warten lassen und dann einfach nicht mehr melden ist sehr unprofessionell!
Wir werden dieses Taxi unternehmen in Zukunft meiden!
Not very professional!
Ordered a taxi for 2 a.m. yesterday. The driver said: yes, I'll be there.
At 2 o'clock there was no driver to be seen.
Since I know that New Year's Eve is busy, I waited a quarter of an hour. Then I called and asked if he is already on the way !?
The driver said: that is no longer possible today, it does not come together at the front and back.
If he says it won't work out beforehand, it's not a problem. But keeping us waiting and then simply not reporting is very unprofessional!
We will avoid this taxi in the future!
