Impressions after just 1 day... Exceeds my (high) expectations by a long shot. The hotel quality, layout, staff, room, food, extent of drinks, swimming pool (complete with superb slide that would not be out of place in any water park). The kids feel so at ease in the kids club. Superb....

Absolutely brilliant hotel, great food for family’s with buffets and special desserts every night ( chocolate fountain, waffles, etc) great pool with massive water slide and kids friendly sauna. Here a huge kids club with a jungle gym type thing and a climbing wall. There’s also a ten after room with table-tennis, snooker table, Xbox’s etc Also a huge adult only spa area called “7 heaven”. Theres also a fully kitted out gym with all u could want. Hotel has its own ski school that picked the kids up from the front door every morning ( all the instructors are from Britain and are the best teachers. Absolutely brilliant Craic aswell. Ski rent shop literally a 30-second walk away. They have this system with the room keys where everyone gets a wristband that lets you into your room. They also have the age coded into them so the kids can’t get into Aldine spa, gym etc. Overall Great rooms and friendly staff aswell. 100% recommend for everyone

We all loved the hotel and wish we could have stayed longer. Inneralpbach is a picturesque little village. The food in the hotel is of excellent quality and plenty. Wellness area for adults is sophisticated and quiet, without the noise from the pool area downstairs. The children's pool is very good and there's a slide much loved by my children. There's also a wellness area by the children's pool. The room was roomy and had a separate room for the children. There were loads of activities in the kid's club and they actually asked to go there, leaving us some free time to enjoy the outdoors with the excellent hotel guide Marc. There were only two things in need of improvement: the WiFi connection throughout the hotel and the mattresses, which were way too soft for my taste.

We used to love going there but we won’t go anymore... Last year my 8 years old got allergy to some of the dust in the hotel. The food is really not nice at all for kids any longer too. Very dry, always the same ...The quality over the years has been going down - they don’t care about people any longer, just how much you pay ...They used to be flexible with dates at the end of the season - but no flexibility any longer... top this up with lower quality and premium prices this is a no go for us any more..

Excellent resort on all counts. The rooms are tidy and spacious enough, the location is perfect, especially for good skiers, and the food is on par with any gastronomic restaurant. The wellness facilities are also excellent, with a very large pool and an outside jacuzzi reserved for adults. The only drawback : it is very difficult to get room during the busiest ski weeks of the year.

Beautiful views, cosy rooms, generously portioned foods and a nice atmosphere.

The staff was very friendly. We had a very nice room and all the facilities are very clean. The food was good and there is a lot of it. Many "extras" are include like pony riding for the kids but others like bowling are not. The swimming pool is very nice but not very big considering the size of the hotel. We were there in the summer though and in the winter the pool would probably not be a concern as you would probably be skiing all day and the location is great for skiing. Overall it was a very nice and enjoyable experience.

We booked our ski holiday and decided to stay at Galtenberg Resort. At first we made a reservation for one week, but then we extented it for another week because it was so great! Our room was clean, comfy and very romantic prepared. The staff put some rose leafes on our bed and for the kids there was some candy on their bed. At the balcony we had a beautiful sight that we enjoyed every day of our holiday. The staff here is very kind and helpfull. We met some great people and really enjoyed the company. Every day the staff made sure that the tables in the restaurant were clean en prepared beautifully. The food is really nice and we had so much to choose from the buffet. Every night we ate something different and everything was so nice decorated. At night after a long day of being outside in the snow, we had some great looking and tasting cocktails. The bartender was very friendly and made sure that the drinks were good. The lounge is beautiful decorated and has a relaxing vibe. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. It was very clean, nice and relaxing. We will definitly make another reservation when we want to ski. Thank you to everyone of the Galtenberg team for giving us an amazing holiday!
