Rooms and facilities are excellent, particularly in the spa area and food is delightful. Relaxing after a hard day is guaranteed, five stars all the way and a huge thankyou to all staff for making our visit memorable.
M	Marcus S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is centrally located in beautiful Alpbach. They have a fantastic garden with a pool where you can rest after a day of hiking. The restaurant was okay, but their 5 course menu seemed a bit too ambitious. Some of the starters were fantastic but otherwise the food was just too complicated and not as good as you would expect at a place like this. Some people in the staff, especially those in the reception were very nice and helpful. But some were quite unfriendly. I don't think this hotel is worth it's price, but it's still a great hotel.

The rooms are beautiful, food perfect (my waistline is proof this week) and the spa is stunning (no swimwear but a towel is provided for modesty so even a shy Brit like me can enjoy it!). Our room (218) had a lovely view of the mountains and the pool below. Last but not least the staff are SO friendly and helpful - faultless.
G	Gerald Jarschel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel in an old traditional village in Tirol. The rooms have just been renovated and even have an artificial fireplace - just lovely! The food is traditional with a modern touch at a high quality. The spa area is nice and the treatments are professional. The pool is rather small but nice for a dipp and you can swim from inside to the outside. In the summer time the guest are from all over Europe - the majority are seniors but also quite a high number of young families with small kids.

U	Unique Shooters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kindly service and staff! Perfect view from balcony and the back of the hotel. Parking area in front of and beside the hotel. Tasty breakfast and meals. Perfect location! Option for a walk around Alpbach. It’s worth to stay!

The taste was bland and the choices were little for the dinner service. The staff wasn’t very helpful and didn’t understand us. We asked for a drink off the menu and were told it didn’t exist and then we asked another member of staff the next day and they had it. Seemed like the staff wasn’t trained or maybe they were just having a bad week. The buffet was also very limited and served strange food combinations like steak tartare in an ice cream cone. For the price we paid it wasn’t worth it. I do not want to give lower than a three star review because maybe they just had a bad week and maybe they are better now.

The village is beautiful, there are very nice hikes starting from the hotel and afterwards we would relax in the wellness area. The wellness area is fantastic, very spacious and plenty of choice between sauna’s. There are various rest areas and we really enjoyed the waterbeds. Lounging outside at this hotel is a treat since the views are stunning. The hotel room was very modern and large. Dinner and service were good.
