Lohnverrechner, die ihren Job nicht können, schlechte Planung und Diensteinteilung. Alles in allem: Es ist schon richtig, dass G4S so verschrien ist und einen schlechten Ruf hat. Niemals wieder. Fortunately, I quit there over a year ago. Completely pointless company. Payroll clerks who cannot do their job, poor planning and scheduling. All in all: It is true that G4S is so disreputable and has a bad reputation. Never again.
E	Edvin Scholl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einer von die Mitarbeiter was heute bei SMZO Krankenhaus Dienst hat,der einer schwarze war sehr arrogant und laut mit mir.Ich bin hier im Spital weil mein 9-jähriger Sohn operiert worden ist und ich bin als Begleitperson bei ihm.Bin heute in der früh einer rauchen gegangen und als ich wieder rein kamm,sagte er zu mir: hallo,hallo,hey,hey komm her weil ich zu falsche Seite gegangen bin. Als ich ihm aufmerksam gemacht habe und gesagt habe dass ich nicht wusste dass ich zu falsche Seite gegangen bin und das nächste Mal bitte mit einer anderen Ton reden sollte weil ich unabsichtlich falsch gegangen bin und kein Tier bin dann sagte er zu mir: warum wie soll ich mit dir reden. Ich weiß dass mein Kommentar nichts nutzt aber ich schreibe trotzdem dass sie wissen was für Personal sie haben. Gottlob konnte die AK die Manage dieses ... "Unternehmens" ... auf eine richtige Spur bringen. Alles in allem: Finger weg von dieser Firma! Worked there for 18 years, then the customer makes an unproven, untrue claim - dismissed without notice within 10 minutes. Thank God the AK was able to put the management of this ... "company" ... on the right track. All in all: stay away from this company!
T	Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hab als Wachmann angefangen (Studentenjob), da bist so oder so der Ar**** vom Dienst, wirst ständig angerufen um irgendwelche kurzfristigen Jobs zu machen, die menschliche Komponente ist so oder so nicht vorhanden. Habe dann kurz als Operational Manager Probe(Leute einteilen) arbeiten dürfen, vom Management her, wird da so eine schlechte Stimmung verbreitet. Wie aus dem letzte Jahrhundert ( ich Chef, du nix), alle müssen im Anzug drinnen sein ( warum auch immer, die Umgangsformen/ton werden dadurch auch nicht besser). Mitarbeiter wurden ausgenutzt, Versprechen gemacht die nicht zu halten waren. An potentielle Kunden: sucht euch eine mittelgroße Sicherheitsfirma, dort gibt es meistens ein flache Hierarchie, der Chef kennt die Mitarbeiter und der Kunde zählt noch "etwas". Bei der G4S bist ein Kunde unter hunderten Anderen und es wird auch alles versprochen. Employees were taken advantage of, promises were made that could not be kept. To potential customers: look for a medium-sized security company, there is usually a flat hierarchy there, the boss knows the employees and the customer still counts "somewhat". At G4S you are a customer among hundreds of others and everything is promised.
