Also I got some tips from the person, who had care about it. The hardware was extencively tested to check if the complete setup works well. Thanks!

Very friendly and welcoming upon my arrival to the shop, they were quick to diagnose the defective Graphics chip and reassured me it would take 7-10 working days to repair... 2 weeks later I called in to follow up on the progress, but was told they needed to order another Graphics chip and it would take another week.. Finally got an email saying the repair was unsuccessful. I ended up paying €90 for them to open up the laptop and find the damage, only to close it up again and tell me they were not able to repair my laptop... Quite a disappointment.

It took just under a week to have them email me and tell me to repair it would cost more than twice what I bought the used laptop for (about it’s new value). For them to assess it cost 90€. When I came to pay the fee and pickup my broken laptop they answered all my questions and took out the little thingy where my files were stored for no extra charge even though I didn’t email them in advance to request it. They told me where to go to have them transferred to a new computer. Can’t say enough how nice they were to someone who knows 0 about hardware! Excellent service, 10/10 would recommend!
