Haben vor etwas mehr als zwei Jahren ein neues Haus gebaut und bei der Ausschreibung ging G&P als "Bestbieter" hervor. Darum ging auch der Auftrang an diese Firma. Soweit hat alles bei der Installation geklappt. Leider hat es nie eine Einschulung in das Heizsystem gegeben. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns diese auch nicht mehr nachgereicht. Bei der Montage einer Brausestange wurden von den Lehrlingen Fliesen zerstört und keiner hat sich je bei uns deswegen gemeldet. Den größten Fehler machten wir aber mit der Platzierung der Luftwärmepumpe. Uns wurde auf mehrmaligen Nachhaken von unserer Seite, versichert, dass diese im Innenraum nicht wahrnehmbar ist. Leider haben wird der Aussagen des Firmeninhabers geglaubt und diese auf einem Nebendach platziert. Bei der Inbetriebnahme stellte sich heraus, dass es zu deutlichen Geräuschen im Haus kommt. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es schon zu einer Umplatzierung kommen kann, aber wir die gesamten Kosten von mind. 1.000 EUR selbst tragen müssen. Perfekte Dienstleistung! Order received, aftercare unfortunately wrong! Built a new house just over two years ago and in the tender G & P emerged as the "best bidder". That's why the order went to this company. As far as everything went well with the installation. Unfortunately, there has never been any training in the heating system. On request, this was also not later. During the assembly of a shower bar tiles were destroyed by the apprentices and nobody has ever contacted us about it. The biggest mistake we made but with the placement of the air source heat pump. We were on repeated signs from our side, assured that this is not noticeable in the interior. Unfortunately, the statements of the company owner are believed and placed on a side roof. During commissioning, it turned out that it comes to significant noise in the house. On request, we were told that it can already come to a repositioning, but we have to bear the entire cost of at least 1,000 EUR itself. Perfect service!

Sobald die Rechnung beglichen ist, wird man nur noch als lästiger Kunde betrachtet. There is a lack of experience in the team. The boss does not make his fingers dirty.
