★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 Sterne für die nette Mail. Leider konnten wir weder in den Laden noch an einer Führung teilnehmen. Waren zwar dort aber Shop war geschlossen, leider nur Freitag geöffnet.
 3 stars for the nice mail. Unfortunately, we could not attend the store or a tour. Although there were but shop was closed, unfortunately only open Friday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier erfährt man etwas über die Gefriertrocknung von Früchten und den danach folgenden Schokoladen Überzug.
Bei der Führung gibt es ein paar Kostproben, mit denen man ua. eine schöne blaue Zunge bekommen kann.
Im Nachbar Gebäude sind Stallungen in denen (wie mir der Altbauer gesagt hat) die Milch für die Schokolade gemolken wird.
Bevor seitens des Betreibers die Frage kommt - Warum nicht 5 Sterne? - ganz einfach; wenn ich mit einer Gruppe mit fast 40 Personen komme, freue ich mich (als Busfahrer) über eine Tafel Schokolade (zb beim Zotter in Riegersburg sogar etwas mehr) und das fehlt hier leider.
Sonst - die Qualität stimmt auch hier.

Before the question comes from the operator - why not 5 stars? - very easily; When I come with a group of almost 40 people, I am happy (as a bus driver) on a bar of chocolate (eg the Zotter in Riegersburg even more) and unfortunately this is missing.
Otherwise - the quality is right here too.

Der Kundenservice war sehr nett und aufmerksam (wir hatten aus Versehen einen falschen Betrag überwiesen)und alles wurde umgehend geklärt
Die Ware kam schon 2 Tage nach Bestellung nach Deutschland an
