Leider ist es in diesem Betrieb nicht möglich, eine Brille reparieren zu lassen, die nicht aus dessen Sortiment kommt.Ich wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass der Bügel irreparabel sei, und ausserdem diese Fassung nicht aus dem Sortiment der Firma David kommt. Gesagt getan mit dem selben Anliegen zu Hartlauer, und siehe da, dieser konnte sie um sage und schreibe um 9 EUR reparieren. I appreciate it when I, as a harder, can buy and have it repaired at home companies. Unfortunately, it is not possible to have glasses repaired in this company that do not come from its range. No sooner said than done with the same concern to Hartlauer, and lo and behold, he was able to fix it for a whopping 9 EUR.

Für diese freundliche Beratung und das perfekte Ergebnis fahre ich immer wieder gern zu dem Optiker meines Vertrauens und nehme die 800 km in Kauf. Nichts wird zu einem Problem...schnell noch messen, die Brille schicken, jemand anderes holt sie ab...alles gar kein Problem, da schlägt das Kundenherz höher.
