Kompetent und verstehen ihr Hörwerk-Handwerk.
Für mich auch ganz wichtig: keine Ein-Mann-Show wie bei vielen anderen Locations - da kann auch mal einer Urlaub machen und Unterstützung im 'Notfall' ist trotzdem gewährleistet.
Dafür kanns nur 5 Sterne geben. Rundum zufrieden.
Can happily recommend this hearing care professional. Took a lot of time to offer different devices, to advise and to adjust the devices correctly.
Competent and understand their craftsmanship.
Also very important for me: no one-man show like at many other locations - someone can go on vacation and support in an 'emergency' is still guaranteed.
Therefor it can only give 5 stars. Satisfied all round.

I can only recommend it, my grandma was or is thrilled. You took a lot of time for her and explained everything to her in detail.
