Ich trau mich nicht jetzt aus dem Haus zu gehen. Yes, I also tried to contact the post office over the phone because my parcel was not delivered in the specified period. I have to pick up the extra 20. felt my packerl although ordered online! hope this club goes bankrupt. can agree with my previous speaker, a naughtiness! every company would not get through a year with this morality
E	Ewald Grünanger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch nicht erreichbar,es wird jedesmal sofort wieder aufgelegt und es gibt nur diese 0810.............Nr. also alles nur Fake und nicht erreichbar, man kann keine Filiale anrufen um dort spezifisch etwas zu erfahren - ABSOLUTES NO GO UND MINUS DIESER VEREIN GEHÖRT EIGENTLICH SOFORT DICHT GEMACHT ,aber Hauptsache der OBERSTE Postdirektor hat die höchsten Gehaltsbezüge in ÖSTERREICH für NULL LEISTUNG UND NULL SERVICE !!! Egal auf welches Postamt man letztendlich geht es arbeiten dort überall nur ahnungslose und nichtswissende Menschen und unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, wenn man mal etwas hinterfragt oder genauer wissen will, in Tulln und Umgebung ist es jedenfalls so !!! Ich weiß ehrlich nicht warum es die Post überhaupt noch gibt bei dem mießen Service, das kann sich keine andere private Firma leisten, da würden alle Pleite gehen , aber die Post wird ja leider zum Zwangsmonopol aufgestellt und zwangssubventioniert auf Kosten aller Steuerzahler !!! ALSO WENN,S WIRKLICH WICHTIG IST DAS SICHER NICHT MIT DER POSTE SONDERN ANDEREN VERSANDFIRMEN - ES IST EINFACH SO !!!!!DAS IST MEINE 30-jährige Erfahrung mit diesem Verein,egal wieoft sie den noch immer wieder neu aufstellen wollen !!! T	Tiberiu Florea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe ein Paket abgeschickt soll nach Spanien gehen und soll in 3-4 Tagen ankommen nach 2 Wochen warten kam das Paket nich immer nicht an bin dan zur Post nach fragen was da los ist und mir wurde gesagt das es nur ein Richtwert sei und man weiß nicht wann es an kommt darauf hin fragte ich dieses unfreundliche Personal 3 Stück an der Zahl warum sie ein Produkt verkaufen was es gar nicht gibt und es keine Garantie gibt das das Paket ankommt dan sagte mir der Herr wenn es mir nicht passt dan soll ich woanders hingehen Top Leistung Super Service Have sent a package to go to Spain and should arrive in 3-4 days after waiting 2 weeks the package did not always arrive. v	valdrin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unfreundlicher als hier gibt es wohl kaum in Tulln! Aber was soll's, man hat zum Glück nicht öfter die Bedürfnis denen zu begegnen! There is hardly any more unfriendly than here in Tulln! But what the heck, luckily you don't have to meet them more often!

Kein "Das tut mir leid" oder "Schauen wir was wir tun können wegen dem Paket". Am Schalter nebenan plaudert die Angestellte mit einer Kundin. Es kommen weitere Kunden, stellen sich an. Die plaudernde Kundin sagt "Oh, ich geh besser. Wir halten alles auf." Darauf die Angestellte: "Das macht nix!", macht einen Schritt auf die Seite neben den Schalter und plaudert allen Ernstes einige Minuten weiter während etliche Kunden angestellt stehen und warten. Hier nur zur Info: Doch, das macht sehr wohl was! Hier wird sinnlos die Lebenszeit von Menschen vergeudet weil die Angestellte lieber plaudert als zu arbeiten. Darf ja wohl nicht wahr sein. Für Nachforschung braucht die Post zig Infos, geb ich alle an, wird alles ins System geklopft. Eine Woche später kommt Brief der Post - ich möge mich melden und Infos zum Inhalt geben. Auf dem Schreiben keine Kontaktinfo. Und da soll man sich nicht veräppelt fühlen? Service unter jeder Kritik! Package disappeared, investigation order is only possible on site. I drove to the post office in Tulln. No "I'm sorry" or "Let's see what we can do about the package". At the counter next door, the clerk is chatting with a customer. More customers come and line up. The chatting customer says "Oh, I better go. We'll stop everything." Then the employee: "It doesn't matter!", Takes a step to the side next to the counter and in all seriousness continues chatting for a few minutes while a number of customers are employed and wait. Here just for information: Yes, it does something! Here people's lifetimes are wasted pointlessly because the employee prefers to chat than to work. Can't be true. Swiss Post needs umpteen pieces of information for research, I state them all, everything is tapped into the system. A week later I received a letter from the post - I should get in touch and provide information on the content. No contact info on the letter. And you shouldn't feel kidding about that? Service under any criticism!
B	Berger Gabor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steuergeld v@rscheißen... mehr kann die Post nicht.... ich verstehe es einfach nicht, warum wir sowas als Steuerzahler mitfinanzieren müßen... ich würde keinen Zent für die Post geben sollte einfach wie alle anderen, ohne Steuergeld zurechtkommen. V@rscheißen tax money... That's all Swiss Post can't do.... I just don't understand why we, as taxpayers, have to help finance something like this... I wouldn't give a cent for Swiss Post if it should just get by like everyone else, without tax money.
