ACHTUNG - einfach nur schlecht, inkompetent und frech. E-mails werden ignoriert und Versprechungen nicht eingehalten - dies ist auch nachweislich dokumentiert. Ich habe noch nie eine derartige Konzentration an Gleichgültigkeit und mangelndem Leistungswillen erlebt. Eine wahre Zumutung, die auch noch Geld kostet! Meine dringende Empfehlung: Alles schriftlich erledigen und jede Korrespondenz sorgfältig ablegen, damit klar dargelegt werden kann, dass die Interessen der Eigentümergemeinschaft nicht ordentlich wahrgenommen wurden und im Schadensfall das "Nicht oder viel zu spät tätig werden" auch eine entsprechende juristische Konsequenz nach sich zieht. Das gilt im Besonderen bei Sanierungs- und Neubauprojekten, wo es nachträglich zu Problemen bzw. Fragestellungen und Forderungen im Rahmen der Gewährleistung kommen kann. My urgent recommendation: Do everything in writing and file all correspondence carefully so that it can be clearly demonstrated that the interests of the community of owners have not been properly taken care of and that in the event of damage, "not acting or acting much too late" will result in a corresponding legal consequence. This applies in particular to renovation and new building projects, where problems or questions and demands can arise in connection with the warranty.

Eine Schande für andere Hausverwaltungen, da so eine Firma den ganzen Berufsstand in den Dreck zieht. Warning: property management disaster. Hands off! Invoices incomplete. Email and inquiries are ignored. Cleaning and maintenance are completely irrelevant to this property management company. Absolute impertinence, incompetence, unwillingness. A shame for other property managers, as such a company pulls the whole profession in the mud.

Auffallend ist die extrem mangelhafte Kommunikation, oftmals bekommt man keine Antworten auf Anfragen. Das Stiegenhaus und der Flur sind fast durchgehend von Staub und Schmutz gekennzeichnet, gereinigt wurde nur sporadisch. Man sollte meinen, dass eine Hausverwaltung es unaufgefordert schaffen sollte, sich um Probleme wie diese zu kümmern, dies ist leider hier nicht der Fall. Keine Empfehlung!
