It was the first time and you have a really great seller. Rarely seen such a cheerful and nice seller. Of course you get everything for your darling.

The salespeople are all always really friendly and helpful, my husband and I have problems with the Payback card, and the saleswoman really did a good job of finding a solution for me and helping us, a big compliment❤?

Bei Amazon hab ich trotz Liquidität ständig Probleme beim bezahlen, DESHALB HAB ICH MICH gezwungen gefühlt bei Fressnapf den erforderlichen Nachschub zu kaufen. LEIDER sind dort die Regale immer halb leer..... und die Kommunikation zwischen Verkäufer und Konsumenten gilt DORT ANSCHEINEND ALS VERPÖNT ODER WIRD ZUMINDEST ALS NEGATIVE BELÄSTIGUNG ANGESEHEN. BEI STAMMKUNDEN MAG ES ANDERS SEIN.... VIELLEICHT ??? Aber neue Stammkunden wird es nicht geben... Bei der Art und Weise wie man dort behandelt oder angesprochen wird. Denn unter freundlicher Beratung verstehe ich mehr als : Waos is.... !! Hi, Frauli's + Herrl's "... I recently switched my Labrador to RINTI (by accident). At Amazon, despite liquidity, I constantly have problems paying, THEREFORE I felt compelled to buy the necessary supplies from Fressnapf. Die Verkäuferin war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend obwohl sie ständig zwischen Kassa, Regale einschlichten und Kunden beim Suchen helfen hin und her gehetzt war. Ich komme gerne wieder. Habe für Hund, Katze und Ratten alles gefunden. I ended up here by chance today. The saleswoman was extremely friendly and courteous although she was constantly rushed back and forth between the cash register, shelves and helping customers to find them. I will gladly come again. Found everything for dogs, cats and rats.

They were very professional, well trained and explained everything with patience and clearly, but at the same time, one gets the impression that they are not paid very well. Also, the interior seems rather cheap. I really enjoyed the visit there, but at the same time, i cannot give a good review to a ppace that doesn't see its own workers as the most important asset, so 3 stars is the best compromise i can come up with.
