V	Verena M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Samstag war ich auf der Suche nach einem bestimmten Artikel, den ich auf der Homepage gefunden hatte, den ich aber leider in der Filiale in Eugendorf nicht finden konnte, also suchte ich nach einer Angestellten/einem Angestellten und wurde dann an der Kasse fündig. Zwei Mitarbeiterinnen waren in ein, wie mir schien, privates Gespräch vertieft. Ich wartete kurz und da ich nicht wahrgenommen wurde unterbrach ich die beiden. Zuerst wurde ich von oben bis unten gemustert (ob es an meiner FFP2 Maske lag sei jetzt mal dahingestellt), ich fragte also nach dem gesuchten Artikel - die patzige Antwort kam sofort "Nein, haben wir nicht." schon hatte sie sich wieder weggedreht... unter Kundenfreundlichkeit verstehe ich ehrlich gesagt etwas anderes. On Saturday I was looking for a certain item that I had found on the homepage, but unfortunately I couldn't find it in the branch in Eugendorf, so I looked for an employee and then found it at the checkout. Two employees were deep in what seemed to me to be a private conversation. I waited briefly and since I was not noticed I interrupted the two of them. First I was scrutinized from top to bottom (whether it was due to my FFP2 mask is an open question), so I asked for the article I was looking for - the snotty answer came immediately "No, we didn't." she had already turned away again ... by customer friendliness I honestly mean something else.

Ebenfalls eine Auswahl an Fachbüchern. Das Personal ist nett, hilfsbereit und steht gerne für Fragen zur Verfügung. Aufgrund der Filialgröße gibt es keine Fische etc. zu kaufen. Nice shop for general small animal needs. Here you will find accessories and food for the areas of aquaristics, dogs, boxes, rodents and much more. Also a selection of specialist books. The staff is nice, helpful and happy to answer any questions. Due to the size of the branch, there are no fish etc. to buy.
R	Rain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut mieser Laden. Ich habe eine Maskenbefreiung und eine KUNDIN hat mich darauf angesprochen eine Maske zu tragen. Als ich ihr erklären wollte ging sie zu einer Verkäuferin und beschwerte sich über mich. Natürlich habe ich mein Recht heraus genommen und auch der Verkäuferin klar gemacht, dass ich ein ärztliches Attest habe. Daraufhin meinte die Verkäuferin ich solle Ruhe geben ansonsten muss ich den Laden verlassen? Hallo? Eine Kundin die absolut kein Recht hat mich auf die Maske hinzuweisen wurde aber in Schutz genommen? Absoluter Faschismus und genau solche Mitarbeiter unterstützen dies. Es ist eine Diskriminierung gegenüber Menschen die eine Maskenbefreiung haben. Und absolutes Fehlverhalten der Mitarbeiter. Der Verkäufer an der Kasse trug den Mundschutz selbst nicht ganz. Der Laden hat uns das letzte mal gesehen und dies wird auch definitiv im Bekanntenkreis weitergegeben. Absolutely lousy place. I have a mask exemption and a CUSTOMER asked me to wear a mask. When I wanted to explain to her, she went to a saleswoman and complained about me. Of course, I took out my rights and also made it clear to the saleswoman that I have a medical certificate. Then the saleswoman said I should take it easy, otherwise I have to leave the shop? Hello? A customer who has absolutely no right to refer me to the mask but was protected? Absolute fascism and precisely such employees support this. It is a discrimination against people who have a mask exemption. And absolute misconduct on the part of the employees. The clerk at the checkout wasn't wearing the face mask all the way himself. The shop saw us for the last time and this will definitely be passed on to friends.
