Weiters wird man bei Umtausch eines Solchen dann "gebeten" doch nächstes mal den Hund zur Anprobe mit zu bringen, denn es gibt wohl Leute die 10 x zum Umtauschen kommen... Ja und? Das nennt man Kundenservice und gehört dazu! Nicht jeder Hund fährt gerne Auto, nicht jeder hat den Fressnapf in Reichweite eines Spaziergangs, nicht jeden Hund kann man in Anbetracht des Risikos dort auf seine Artgenossen zu treffen einfach mitbringen und mal gemütlich und gefahrlos ableinen um zur Anprobe dessen was das Tier davon abhält sich selbständig zu machen, zu schreiten und vor allem nicht jeder hat soviel Zeit mit dem Hund herum zu gurken nur weil es das dem Personal dort einfacher macht! Menschen die berufstätig sind erledigen Dinge wenn sie ohnehin unterwegs sind, zb auf dem Heimweg von der Arbeit... Man ewig an der Kasse wartet, weil die Kassiererin ein Kundengesprech hat, daher wär mehr Personal und vor allem. Personal mit Kenntnis toll.
