Zapfsäule defekt wurde nicht ausgeschrieben musste deshalb 2mal tanken da plötzlich ausgefallen ist während des Tankvorgang. Als ich mich beschwert habe sagte mir die Angestellte die Chefin weiss das eh schon länger. Price is good but the service is not that overwhelming. Defective petrol pump was not advertised, so had to refuel twice since suddenly it failed during the refueling process. When I complained, the clerk told me the boss had known this for a long time.

The one star is too much, I don't like a mask either, but it is my duty to put it on, apparently only the guest has to wear it, but not the staff from 10/26/2020 5:00 p.m.
F	Fan von Juve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider wird hier überhaupt nichts auf Maskenpflicht gehalten !! Kunden laufen ohne Maske ein und aus und keiner sagt was !! Bin hier sehr oft und leider kommt das sehr oft vor dort. Wie ich das Personal fragt warum hier keiner was sagt bekam ich leider keine Antwort es wurde nur belächelt .... Unfortunately, there is absolutely nothing to be done with a mask! Customers come and go without a mask and nobody says anything !! I am here very often and unfortunately it happens very often there. When I asked the staff why nobody said anything I got no answer, they just smiled at them ....
j	juergen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich war am freitag den 9,04 dort weil ich dringend auf das wc musste und die mitarbeiterin sagte mir die chefin hat gesagt das das wc wegen corona nicht offe sei und wieß mich ab . hallo das ist ein grundbedürfnis bei allen anderen tankstellen wo ich jetzt war kein problem. in traun auch nicht (taxifahrer) heute die chefin angerufen die sagte mir weil sie nach jedem gast desinfizieren müssen sei das nicht möglich das es offen ist . warum geht es dann bei allen anderen tankstellen und sehr unfreundlich . i was there on friday 9.04 because i had to go to the toilet urgently and the employee told me the boss said that the toilet was not open because of corona and she wiped me off. hello that is a basic need at all other gas stations where I was now no problem. not in traun either (taxi driver) Called the boss today who told me that because you have to disinfect after each guest it is not possible that it is open. then why is it at all other petrol stations and very unfriendly.

Echt das letzte geht mit den Kunden um als wären si nicht ganz dicht .Also ich war das letzte mal drinnen ??? So the boss of the Jet gas station enns, so unfriendly. Should treat your employees badly and withdraw money from them just like that. Really the last one deals with the customers as if they weren't quite tight, so I was inside for the last time ???
T	Thomas Steiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preise für Tankstelle super, blonde Mitarbeiterin immer nur am Handy zocken, da fühlt man sich als Kunde leider nicht willkommen und man fühlt sich als ob man stört, ist leider immer sehr genervt! Früher einmal top, mittlerweile Personaltechnisch ein Flop ! Weiche mittlerweile eher nach Valentin oder Ennsdorf aus ! Prices for petrol station great, blonde employee always only gamble on the mobile phone, unfortunately you don't feel welcome as a customer and you feel like you are annoying, unfortunately you are always very annoyed! It used to be great, now a flop in terms of personnel! In the meantime, try to switch to Valentin or Ennsdorf!
