L	Lieb Gudrun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben vor 4 Jahren eine Waschmaschine dort gekauft, weil wir regional einkaufen wollten! Wir versuchten zu vermeiden immer zu die grossen Unternehmer zu unterstützen. Nun hatten wir Probleme und die Waschmaschine ging nicht mehr. Der liebe Herr Lakitsch hat uns bei Kauf versprochen das Reparaturen kein Problem seien und er dies jederzeit durchführen könne! Natürlich würden wir auch dafür zahlen! Anscheinend interessiert ihn das aber nicht. Er hat uns Ersatzteile für 40,00 verkauft! Er sagte mein Mann könne dies selbst ganz einfach tauschen! Schon alleine bis die Ersatzteile da waren dauerte es 4 Tage! Heute hat mein Mann 3 Stunden damit verbracht die ganze Waschmaschine zu zerlegen! Und was ist passiert? Sie funktioniert noch immer nicht! Lieber Herr Lakitsch wenn sie nur verkaufen wollen und nicht reparieren dann sagen sie das bitte ihren Kunden! Verkaufen sie nicht etwas was gar nichts bringt! Mein Mann und ich sind beide voll Berufstätige und haben für solche Spielereien keine Zeit! Wir kaufen nun Morgen eine neue Maschine aber nicht mehr bei ihnen. Es gibt genug Händler noch die ihr Wort noch halten gottseidank. We bought a washing machine there 4 years ago because we wanted to shop locally! We always tried to avoid supporting the big entrepreneurs. Now we had problems and the washing machine stopped working. Dear Mr. Lakitsch promised us when buying that repairs were not a problem and he could do this at any time! Of course we would also pay for it! Apparently he doesn't care. He sold us spare parts for 40.00! He said my husband could easily exchange this himself! Alone until the spare parts were there it took 4 days! Today my husband spent 3 hours disassembling the whole washing machine! And what happened? It still doesn't work! Dear Mr. Lakitsch, if you just want to sell and not repair, please tell your customers! Don't sell something that doesn't do anything! My husband and I are both fully employed and have no time for such gimmicks! We will buy a new machine tomorrow, but no longer from you. There are enough dealers who still keep their word thank god.

Er hätte ansonsten sofort den einfacheren Weg für uns gewählt. Es ist nicht lustig ohne Waschmaschine! Wir hätten sogar bei Ihnen eine neue Maschine gekauft? wenn es nichts gebracht hätte! Die Maschine ist noch immer bei uns! Sie können kommen sie reparieren! Sie haben die Telefonnummer. Ab Montag ist sie nicht mehr da! Die neue kommt. Wir vermeiden immer alles gleich weg zu schmeißen! Vier Jahre ist nichts für eine Waschmaschine. Aber jetzt ist sie leider Abfall. Dear Mr. Lakitsch. Three stars is worth answering! They told my husband that they don't have time! Otherwise he would have immediately chosen the easier route for us. It's not fun without a washing machine! We would have even bought a new machine from you if it hadn't worked! The machine is still with us! You can come fix it! You have the phone number. As of Monday it is no longer there! The new one is coming. We always avoid throwing everything away! Four years is not for a washing machine. But now, unfortunately, it is waste.
