Ich habe mir nur eine Information geholt und die war leider nicht Aussagekräftig, dass ich wieder komme. I give three stars, I do not know how this studio works. I just got one piece of information and unfortunately it was not meaningful that I would come back.

The head of this company does not just ignore friendly suggestions for improvement, no: he reacts in a snap, becomes abusive, writes rude, insulting and threatening messages to the well-meaning whistleblower.

Bereits via Email kommen Belehrungen sonder Zahl, welche dann am Telefon endlos wiederholt und ergänzt werden. Den Herrn Kommerzialrat geht es offensichtlich in erster Linie darum zu belehren, zurechtzuweisen, recht zu haben und hofiert zu werden. "Sie können offensichtlich nicht lesen" "Sie haben mit mir keinen Vertrag, wir sind nicht Partner, ihr Vertragspartner sitzt in Berlin," usw. Auch erwähnt er ständig Nebenkosten, zB einen Dvd Rolling um €5.- Beim mühsam erhaltenen Termin (nicht um 19.30, ich erwarte sie um 19.20) ist der Eingang versperrt, ich läute und versuche das grosse Eingangstor zu öffnen, worauf von hinten eine aufgebrachte Stimme erklingt: "was reissen sie da an der Tür, sie sind zu früh (3 minuten) zum Termin erschienen und ich erwarte sie dort hinten. Was sind sie überhaupt für ein komischer Mensch, ist ja typisch, sie schauen schon so aus......." Der Herr versteht unter Kundenfteundlichkeit offensichtlich, belehren und beleidigen. Auf diesen Service verzichte ich gerne. The gentleman adorns himself with many titles, but "Professor Kleingeist" would be the only correct one. Instructions via email come in special numbers, which are then repeated and supplemented endlessly on the phone. The primary concern of the Commercial Council is obviously to instruct, reprimand, be right and be courted. "You obviously can't read" "You have no contract with me, we are not partners, your contract partner is located in Berlin," etc. He also constantly mentions additional costs, e.g. a DVD rolling for € 5. When the appointment was painstakingly received (not at 7.30 p.m., I expect you at 7.20 p.m.) the entrance is blocked, I ring the bell and try to open the big entrance gate, whereupon an angry voice sounds from behind: "What are you tearing at the door, you are closed Appeared early (3 minutes) to the appointment and I expect them back there. What kind of strange person you are, is typical, they look like this ....... " The gentleman clearly understands customer friendliness to instruct and insult. I am happy to do without this service.

J	Judith Sa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe bei diesem Fotografen Passfotos machen lassen, die beim Passamt abgelehnt wurden, da sie zu unscharf waren. Als ich Herrn Vodicka darüber informierte, war er unhöflich und stellte die Kompetenz des Passamtes in Frage. Zudem war er nicht bereit mir mein Geld zurück zu erstatten und hat während unseres Telefonates einfach aufgelegt. Eine bodenlose Frechheit für Fotos 25€ zu verlangen, die nicht der Norm entsprechen und dann nicht zurück zu nehmen! Zu diesem Fotografen gehe ich bestimmt nie wieder! I had passport photos taken with this photographer that were rejected by the passport office because they were too blurred. When I informed Mr. Vodicka about it, he was rude and questioned the competence of the passport office. In addition, he was not willing to refund my money and simply hung up during our phone call. To demand a bottomless cheek for photos that do not meet the norm and then not to take them back! I will definitely never go to this photographer again!
J	Johann S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ein totaler Reinfall. Mündliche Zusagen wurden nicht eingehalten. Die Lieferung hat nach mehrmaligen Urgenzen über 3 Monate gedauert. Die Behandlung durch den Studioinhaber war überheblich und ignorant. Dafür gab es endlos wiederkehrende Aufzählungen seiner Ehrungen und Auszeichnungen. Preislich am obersten Ende gelegen mit durchschnittlicher Bildqualität und einer absolut inakzeptablen Behandlung. Es hätte eine schöne Erinnerung werden sollen, ist letztlich aber sehr teures Lehrgeld geworden. Unfortunately a total letdown. Verbal promises were not kept. The delivery took over 3 months after several Urgenzen. The treatment by the studio owner was arrogant and ignorant. There were endlessly recurring lists of his honors and awards. In terms of price at the top end with average image quality and an absolutely unacceptable treatment. It should have been a nice memory, but in the end it was very expensive.
