Die ganze Vorgehensweise dieser Kindergruppe ist höchst unprofessionell. Es wird eine WhatsApp-Gruppe gegründet, aus datenschutzrechtlichen Gründen wieder geschlossen, um nach wenigen Monaten eine neue Gruppe zu gründen. E-Mails kommen nicht an oder werden nicht gelesen von der Chefin und die neue Kontonummer wird erst verkündet, nachdem das Geld von der Bank zurück überwiesen wurde. Zu den organisatorischen Misständen kommt, dass meinem Sohn ein Ganztagesplatz verwehrt wurde, weil sein Benehmen nicht ihren Vorstellungen entsprach. Er wäre zu "wild" und sein Verhalten müsse sich bessern. Vormittags wären sie zu Zweit, aber am Nachmittag wäre nur eine Kollegin da und die könne sich dann nicht um alle Kinder kümmern. Schlussendlich musste ich aus diesem Grund auch kündigen. Um die Chance auf einen städtischen Platz zu erhalten, bat ich noch um ein Schreiben, dass wir keinen Ganztagesplatz bekämen. Nachdem mir ein unbrauchbarer Wisch ohne Datum ausgestellt wurde und ich um ein neues Schreiben bat, hieß es, dass sie mir gar keines ausstellen müssten, da ich ja gekündigt hätte. Vielleicht noch als Anmerkung: Mein Sohn war 7 Monate in dieser Kindergruppe und sie waren in dieser Zeit so gut wie nie draußen am Spielplatz oder dergleichen. Ich hatte meinen Sohn dort angemeldet, weil ich die Info hatte, dass sie viel draußen wären. Also einem bewegungsaktiven Kind, kann ich diese Kindergruppe keinesfalls empfehlen. Der einzige Sonnenschein dieses Vereins ist die Betreuerin Yvonne. Von der anderen Betreuerin Safire habe ich sogar mitbekommen, dass sie mein Kind direkt angebrüllt hat, weil er sich Ketchup ins Haar geschmiert hatte und sie zu ihm meinte "das wäre nicht normal". Auch als ich sie darauf einen Tag später ansprach, rechtfertigte sie ihren Ausraster. Also eine verständnisvolle Betreuung stelle ich mir anders vor.

The whole approach of this group of children is highly unprofessional. A WhatsApp group is set up, closed again for data protection reasons, and a new group set up a few months later. Perhaps as a comment: My son was in this children's group for 7 months and during this time they were hardly ever outside at the playground or the like. I registered my son there because I had the information that they were out there a lot. So I cannot recommend this children's group to a child who is active. The only sunshine of this club is the supervisor Yvonne. I even heard from the other supervisor, Safire, that she yelled directly at my child because he had put ketchup in his hair and she said to him "that wouldn't be normal". Even when I asked her about it a day later, she justified her freak out. So I imagine understanding care differently.
