Great for beginners and for those that have been practicing martial arts for some time. If I had the time in my busy schedule I would still be training there.

They immediately accepted me as a student and treated me with great respect. I was fortunate to book a private lesson with Peter Weckauf, who is one of the foremost martial artists in the world. He took the time to explain several concepts and techniques from his world-renowned system. I also took a SAMI Knife class, which was also awesome.
