Ehrlich gesagt hat Sniper einen um Welte besseren Kundservice. Ich kann von dem Geschäft nur abraten. Ich war am 18.03.2021 dort. I only give the star so that I can publish the review. The saleswomen were just chatting and chatting about a customer. To be honest, Sniper has a world of better customer service. I can only advise against the deal. I was there on 03/18/2021.
S	Sándor Szita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A weboldalukon megláttam egy cipőt amit le akartam rendelni online.A regisztráció nem jött össze nem kaptam meg az emailt amivel fixálhatom a profilomat.Ezután lementem az üzletükbe ,hogy majd ott megveszem.Ez se jött össze mert a saját rendszerük se működött nem tudták a központból lerendelni.Hazajöttem és az egyik adminisztrátorral 1 órás írogatás után nagy nehezen sikerült létrehozni a profilomat.Lerendeltem a cipőt de rossz méretet küldtek.Megint visszamentem a boltba ,hogy cseréljék ki a jó méretre de ugyan az volt a hiba a rendszerük nem működött.Ez vicc.Természetesen a pénzt vissza kaptam.Én többet biztos nem vásárlok ott. On their website I saw a shoe that I wanted to order online. Registration did not come together I did not receive the email to fix my profile. Then I went down to their store to buy it there. It didn't come together because their own system didn't work. I came home and with one of the administrators after 1 hour of writing it was very difficult to create my profile. I ordered the shoes but they sent the wrong size. I also went back to the store to replace them with the right size but the same was the error their system didn't work. This joke .Of course I got the money back. I sure won't buy more there.

M	Manuel Dickinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Erfahrungen beim letzten Besuch: + Verkäufer sehr freundlich und bemüht, jedoch will er unbedingt Socken verkaufen! - Damen an der Kasse sehr unmotiviert! - Jetzt der Mega-Hammer: € 1,49 für ein Sackerl (geht gar nicht) Ich kann es einfach nicht verstehen, warum hier kein Kundenservice erbracht werden kann. Der stationäre Handel jammert die ganze Zeit er hat gegen die Online-Giganten, wie Amazon keine Chance. Mit solchen Aktionen wird es Amazon auch sehr leicht gemacht. Ich bin selbst im Marketing tätig und kann den Sinn dieser Maßnahme einfach nicht verstehen. Meiner Ansicht nach ist es einer der billigsten Werbemaßnahmen, wenn viele Leute mit einer bedruckten Einkaufstasche durch das Einkaufszentrum gehen (TKP-Preis), aber vielleicht kann mir ein „Marketingexperte“ das einmal erklären! My experiences on the last visit: + Seller very friendly and hard-working, but he really wants to sell socks! - Ladies at the cash register very unmotivated! - Now the mega-hammer: € 1.49 for a sack (doesn't work at all) I just can't understand why customer service cannot be provided here. The stationary trade whines all the time, it has no chance against online giants like Amazon. With such campaigns it is also made very easy for Amazon. I work in marketing myself and simply cannot understand the point of this measure. In my opinion, one of the cheapest advertising measures is when a lot of people walk through the mall with a printed shopping bag (CPM price), but maybe a “marketing expert” can explain that to me!
o	oops on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganz großartig die Leute da drinnen. Ich war lediglich mit einem Freund mit Schuhe kaufen und habe mir WEGEN des freundlichen Personals auch ein paar Schuhe gekauft. Bin jetzt aber auch wirklich froh darüber mir diese Schuhe gekauft zu haben. Speziell hat uns eine junge Dame geholfen den richtigen Schuh zu finden. Weiß leider ihren Namen nicht. WIR waren Ahmed und R. - alles Gute!!! The people in there are great. I was only with a friend to buy shoes and because of the friendly staff I also bought a pair of shoes. But now I am really happy that I bought these shoes. A young lady in particular helped us to find the right shoe. Unfortunately does not know her name. WE were Ahmed and R. - all the best!
