★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kundenservice ist hier ein Fremdwort, nicht einmal die Sneaker, für die ich 100€ gezahlt habe (Rafflewin) und die letztendlich beide verschiedene Größen hatten war eine Rückgabe möglich aufgrund irgendwelchen dubiosen Gründen wie "Wir haben keinen Zugriff auf Onlineshop Bestellungen blabla".
Es wird weder auf meine Mails, noch wirklich Nachrichten auf Facebook reagiert (halbherzige automatisierte Nachrichten zählen nicht). Die im Geschäft schreiben sich die Telefonnummer auf und rufen dann nicht mal nach einer Woche zurück. Macht bitte so weiter, dann gibt es euch auch nicht mehr lange. Und danke für die Strafgebühr, die ich bei stockX aufgrund eurer Inkompetenz zahlen musste. "Dann geh halt zukünftig bei der Konkurrenz einkaufen" - danke werde ich lol
Customer service is a foreign word here, not even the sneakers, for which I paid 100 € (Rafflewin) and which ultimately both had different sizes, a return was possible due to some dubious reasons such as "We do not have access to online shop orders blabla".
There is no reaction to my emails or actual messages on Facebook (half-hearted automated messages don't count). The people in the store write down the phone number and don't even call back after a week. Please continue like this, then you won't be around much longer. And thank you for the penalty fee that I had to pay at stockX due to your incompetence. "Then go shopping with the competition in the future" - I will thank you lol

I've been waiting for a pair of shoes for two weeks and I don't get them. service is a cheek and also behaves towards the customer, so this is a store I never set foot in again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So bad, take my money and weit paket 20 days. When came to give back paket because dont was good mast go to bank to give them paper to see to that I pay. Its not normal, I lose 1 hour mast go to bank to give me my money. Its not ok thah I mast to that its their problem not my. And when I ask , ok what adress to send back they tell me UK but I am in Austria!!! Hallo I mast that pay. I never, never more take online because that was horor! To give me all online for free I realy dont take that!!!
