★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophaler Kundendienst, ewige Wartenzeiten egal ob über Telefon oder per Mail, "kleine" Kunden mit wenig Umsatz sind sowie so egal zumindest bekommt man das so vermittelt.
UPDATE: 14.02.2022 Meine Bewertung hat Wirkung gezeigt, umgehend hat sich Flowserve bei mir gemeldet, bzw. hatte ich den Eindruck das mein Anliegen nun ernst genommen wurde. Daher meine neue Wertung 4/5.
Catastrophic customer service, endless waiting times, whether by phone or email, "small" customers with little turnover are irrelevant, at least that's how it is conveyed.
UPDATE: 02/14/2022 My review had an effect, Flowserve contacted me immediately, and I had the impression that my request was now being taken seriously. Hence my new rating of 4/5.
