★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nette und Kundenorientierte Mittarbeiter, hatte leider bei der ersten Lieferung Chuck Ribs anstatt short Ribs bekommen, war ein Etikettierungsfehler, habe dies gemeldet und dies wurde sofort entschuldigt und mir nochmals shortribs nachgesant. Werde dort gerne wieder bestellen. Die Qualität des Fleisches ist exzellent.
Super nice and customer-oriented employees, unfortunately had gotten chuck ribs instead of short ribs with the first delivery, it was a labeling error, I reported this and this was immediately apologized and short ribs were repeated after me. Will be happy to order there again. The quality of the meat is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low quality meat, pumped-up with water. Impossible to bake due to the ammount of water released in the pan. On top of that bad quality control - the meat packages not sealed propperly.
