Beschwerte sich auch noch das er nur für eine “kleinigkeit“ gerufen wurde. Field staff very very unfriendly! Was pissed off because he had to work. No hello or goodbye at all. Complained that he was only called for a “little thing”.

M	Markus Felsberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessionelles Auftreten des Chefs. Monteure waren leider keine Profis. Unser Sicht- bzw Windschutz wurde stümperhaft montiert. Die Schuld für die Probleme wurden der Firma, die das Produkt hergestellt hat in die Schuhe geschoben. Laut Chef (Herrn Lupar ist das so, daß der Sichtschutz Falten wirft). Sachverständiger der Firma hat sich dann alles angeschaut und festgestellt, dass das Produkt falsch bzw. ungenau montiert wurde. Der Fehler lag also eindeutig bei der Firma Sonnflex. Die Monteure waren insgesamt 5 Mal (in einem Zeitraum von 2 Monaten) bei uns, um ihre Fehler auszubessern bzw. zu reparieren. Den Kabelkanal, den sie bei ihren Arbeiten kaputt gemacht haben, haben sie dann gebracht; montiert habe ich ihn dann selbst, da wir das ordentlich erledigt haben wollten. 3 Mal wurde der vereinbarte Termin nicht eingehalten. 1 Mal tauchte niemand auf. 2 Mal wurde uns eine Uhrzeit gesagt und versprochen, dass uns die Monteure vorher anrufen. Beide Male kamen die Arbeiter mindestens 1 Stunde zu spät und haben nicht angerufen. Herr Lupar war auch (ohne uns Bescheid zu geben) einfach bei uns zu Hause um sich die Probleme anzusehen. Auf Anrufe und Emails wurde erst mit mehrtägiger Verspätung geantwortet. Auf WhatsApp-Nachrichten wurde nie geantwortet (nachdem man per Email keine Antwort erhalten hatte). Das Geld wurde schon vor Beendigung der Montage gefordert. Fazit: AUF KEINEN FALL BEI DIESER UNPROFESSIONELLEN FIRMA ETWAS IN AUFTRAG GEBEN!!! Unprofessional appearance of the boss. Unfortunately, fitters were not professionals. Our privacy and wind protection was installed in a bumbling manner. The blame for the problems was blamed on the company that made the product. According to the boss (Mr. Lupar is so that the privacy screen throws wrinkles). An expert from the company then looked at everything and found that the product was incorrectly or inaccurately installed. The fault was clearly with the Sonnflex company. The fitters were with us a total of 5 times (within a period of 2 months) to mend or repair their faults. They then brought the cable duct that they had broken during their work; I then installed it myself, because we wanted it done properly. The agreed date was not kept 3 times. 1 time nobody showed up. We were told a time twice and promised that the fitters would call us beforehand. Both times the workers were at least 1 hour late and did not call. Mr. Lupar was also at our house (without letting us know) to look at the problems. Calls and emails were only answered with a delay of several days. WhatsApp messages were never replied to (after not receiving a reply by email). The money was requested even before the assembly was completed. Conclusion: NEVER COMPLETE ANYTHING WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY !!!
