★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Rosenstöckerl das nach 4 Tagen "hinüber" war (trotz guter Pflege!!) und ein äußerst unfreundlicher, arroganter, hochnäsiger Verkäufer (ich glaube, es war der Chef selber): GENAU SO möchte man als Kunde behandelt werden :-(( Jedenfalls werde ich diesen Laden NIE wieder betreten!

Leider muss ich manchmal hin Pakete holen weil es nicht anders geht ansonsten würden die keinen Cent sehen von mir. Ist mir mitlerweile schon 2-mal passiert...
The seller is extremely unfriendly, I don't question his competence, but the way he talks to customers is absolutely benign. Unfortunately I sometimes have to get parcels there because there is no other way, otherwise they wouldn't see a cent from me. Has happened to me twice in the meantime ...

ich gehe seit jahren hierher um meiner oma blumen mitzubringen - sie war immer so begeistert "na, die blumen sind schon wieder so schön!".
preis-leistung ist mehr als in ordnung, da geht sich trinkgeld immer fein aus.
jetzt lasse ich dort auch einen trauerkranz für die oma machen, das dürft auch kein anderer blumenladen...
die menschen die hier arbeiten verstehen ihr handwerk und geben sich soviel mühe.

I've been going here for years to bring my grandma's flowers - she was always so enthusiastic "Well, the flowers are so beautiful again!".
Price-performance is more than okay, tips are always a good thing.
now I have a funeral wreath made for my grandma there, no other flower shop is allowed to do that either ...
the people who work here understand their craft and try so hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut unhöflich. Da nutzen auch angeblich schöne Pflanzen leider nichts. Die interessieren mich nach dem desaströsen Service nämlich nicht mehr. Dadurch verabschiedet sich eine Kundin eben ganz schnell, und begrüßt die Konkurrenz. Auch ständig ähnlich uneinsichtige Antworten auf Bewertungen zu geben, macht das minderwertige Einkaufserlebnis nicht besser - nur als Tipp am Rande. Ich unterstütze ansonsten ausschließlich kleine lokale Unternehmen. Aber hier würde ich sogar 0 Sterne geben, wenn das möglich wäre. Schade
Absolutely rude. Unfortunately, even supposedly beautiful plants are of no use. After the disastrous service, I am no longer interested in them. As a result, a customer says goodbye very quickly and welcomes the competition. Constantly giving similarly inconsiderate answers to reviews doesn't make the inferior shopping experience any better - just as a tip on the side. Otherwise, I only support small local businesses. But here I would even give 0 stars if that were possible. Pity
