Die Lieferung kam wirklich pünktlich (gleich in der Früh am vereinbarten Tag). Der Zusteller war super freundlich und auch der Kontakt mit den Mitarbeitern (telefonisch) sehr zuvorkommend. Toller Service! Gerne wieder!
 I bought the bouquet "Love bouquet with Milka heart delicate" for 43 euros as a Valentine's gift. The delivery was really on time (first thing in the morning on the agreed day). The deliverer was super friendly and the contact with the employees (by phone) was very courteous. Great service! Gladly again!

I ordered the bouquet that is cheerful, happy, several different colors of flowers, she got a bunch of green leaves and few depressing flowers.
Tried to e mail them, most of the time they server is down.
Finally they got back to me saying a photo sometimes doesn't show how bouquet really looks !!??
For that much money , I would expect better looking bouquet.
