Bin mit dem gekauften Strauß sehr zufrieden, kein günstiges Vergnügen aber dafür ein schönes Teil das vom Profi gebunden wurde. Gerne wieder! Great advice and very hard-working staff. The selection of cut flowers in this shop is really huge. I am very satisfied with the bouquet I bought, not a cheap treat but a nice piece that was tied by a professional. Gladly again!
J	Jascha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollläuse! Ich habe letzte Woche eine Zimmerpflanze gekauft und zu Hause musste ich leider feststellen, dass sie Wollläuse hat. Pflanze zur Sicherheit gleich entsorgt - bin ein gebranntes Kind und weil Wochenende ohne weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Heute reklamiert und abgespeist worden mit „ohne Pflanze kann i nix mochn“. Naja, Kundenorientierung und Kulanz bei einer 19,- Pflanze Fehlanzeige. Ich finde es ziemlich frech, dass da nicht mal eine Entschuldigung kam, sondern sogar der Versuch mit einen Giftspray zu verkaufen. Den hätten‘s mir höchstens so mitgeben können als kleine Entschädigung. Kontrollieren, ob sie noch mehr befallene Pflanzen haben, wollen sie auch nicht. Wenn möglich, hätt ich jetzt gern 0 Sterne vergeben für die Unfreundlichkeit! Nachtrag: Die Rechnung hatte ich dabei, die Mitarbeiterin konnte sich sehr gut an mich erinnern und sagte von alleine „Sie waren ja bei mir.“ Mealybug! I bought a houseplant last week and unfortunately at home I discovered it had mealybugs. Plant disposed of immediately to be on the safe side - I'm a burned child and because of the weekend with no further shopping opportunities. Today the complaint was made and the words “I can't do anything without a plant”. Well, customer orientation and goodwill with a 19, - plant nil. I think it's pretty cheeky that there wasn't even an apology, but even an attempt to sell a poisonous spray. At best, it could have given me as a small compensation. They also don't want to check whether they have more infested plants. If possible, I would like to have given 0 stars for the rudeness! Addendum: I had the bill with me, the employee remembered me very well and said by herself "You were with me."

Sehr bemühtes, flexibles Team - geht wunderbar auf spezielle Wünsche ein. Die aktuellen Adventskränze sind jeder für sich ein individuelles Kunstwerk - in verschiedenen Farben, Macharten und Größen verfügbar. Preis - Leistung mehr als in Ordnung bei Innenstadtlage. Mir wurde gesagt, dass ab sofort tel. und online bestellt werden kann - Abholung nicht möglich - Ware wird zugestellt! Mein Adventskranz wurde unkompliziert von der Chefin höchstpersönlich nach meinen Wünschen angefertigt - ich bin mehr als happy. 5 Sterne S! Beautiful little flower shop, nicely decorated and very welcoming atmosphere. A feast for the eyes in and around the shop. Very hard-working, flexible team - wonderfully responsive to special requests. The current Advent wreaths are each an individual work of art - available in different colors, styles and sizes. Price-performance more than okay with downtown location. I was told that from now on tel. and can be ordered online - collection not possible - goods will be delivered! My Advent wreath was easily made by the boss herself according to my wishes - I'm more than happy. 5 stars S!

Sogar in Lockdowns können telefonisch und per Mail Sträuße bestellt werden, was mir eine große Freude bereitet hat. - die Adventkränze waren ein Traum. Habe für Weihnachten 12 Amaryllis gekauft und sofort nach Ankunft in meinem Haus in der Obersteiermark gewässert . Am selben Abend knickte bereits eine davon (immerhin um die 9 Euro) und auf meine Urgenz bekam ich als Antwort ich könnte sie zurückbringen und die würde ausgetauscht . Nein vielen Dank! I am new to Graz looking for a reliable flower shop. It will certainly not be. Bought 12 Amaryllis for Christmas and watered them immediately after arriving at my house in Upper Styria. On the same evening one of them already buckled (at least around 9 euros) and on my urgent response I got the answer that I could bring it back and it would be exchanged. No thanks!
