Personel fine, clean and fresh room.. I was able open window very wide...i had healthy dream. Recommend

The hotel is in a really central location, the closest metro station is just a minutes walk away. Also the staff was helpful and friendly. Great breakfast buffet as well...but the best was the mattress – slept like a baby!! I will come again :)

Fake Reviews! Be aware of all the 5-Star Google reviews. (All this Fake persons have only one or two reviews). We were staying for two nights. Hotel is not really good. Non-Trained hotel staff, age around 18-20y, don’t even know what is an American Express Credit Card and machine didn’t accept it. Took her 12 minuts for the standard check in process and use business practice which looks like scam. Blocking additional 40€ and will return it only after one month. (Nice for the cash flow, isn’t?) Room 218, the superior Room. Large but no taste and no furniture in it. Bathroom is horrible small and old. Bathroom door can not be closed. No AC! (In all rooms btw.) Ugly yards around. Motel one is a much better invest in this budget price range.

We didnt have room booked prior to out arrival at Vienna, so it was very last minute, but the room was perfect and so was the staff. The location is great as well, very close to the city center, we were on foot the whole time. Highly recommended!

Clean rooms, very nice and helpful staff, good location close to the center of Vienna, great price make this place the best choice when visiting Vienna. I fully recommend and deny all bad opinions that this hotel is dirty or the level of service is low. It may not be a hotel for business people, but for ordinary guests it provides everything you need! I'm definitely going to come back!

Had a horrible check-in experience which took nearly 2hours until we got the keys to the rooms. The staff at the front desk was rude and unfriendly, not willing to be helpful whatsoever and moving very slowly making the check-in experience very frustrating. We've been asked to pay a 50 euro/per room deposit fee on top of the room price, (which was about 44 euros anyway) to cover potential damage and fridge snacks and drinks. However, this is NOT written anywhere on Booking.com or on their website or their confirmation email and we were not made aware of it in advance. If we would have known that there's an extra 50 euros to pay, we would have directly chosen a different hotel. As we were at the end of the trip, we did not want or have the extra money to cover the deposit so they asked for ID's as an alternative. There were towels missing in one of the rooms and when reported to the front desk lady she looked at us saying 'It is not possible, I checked them myself. They are there.' even though they were nowhere to find and that was just 10 min after checking in. I would not recommend this hotel and their services to anyone as for us, a group of 11 people (families) they completely managed to create a horrible experience. We will not be returning to this hotel.

The pictures on the website don't correspond to the reality. The room is a mess, it doesn't even contain the bare necessities exp. Mini fridge, trashcan outside the bathroom. The one closet doesn't contain any hangers. The bathroom is in a presentable state and works fine but is not really clean. As we continued to explore the place you could tell it hasn't been vacuumed in a long time. I do not recommend ever coming here
