Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Qualität des Fleisches ist sehr gut! Auch der Preis ist voll ok! Very nice butcher. Das Ergebnis konnte auch überzeugen, das Fleisch hat zu einem geschmacklich sehr guten Ergebnis beigetragen und ist auf der Zunge zerfallen. Nehme mir vor häufiger vorbeizuschauen! Wanted to cook braised beef in Tuscan style (Peposo al Chianti), was excellent advice and I was offered a great piece of meat for a really good price. The result was also convincing, the meat has contributed to a very good taste and has fallen apart on the tongue. I want to stop by more often!

Nice to have another butcher close by. The meat tastes excellent, just like the sausages and other homemade specialties!

Natürlich darf man die Qualität der wöchentlichen Menüs nicht vergessen- einfach spitze. auch noch wichtig: Kundendienst steht hier an erster Stelle und vor allem die Leute wissesn was das ist und zelebrieren das auch. Unfortunately you cannot give 7 stars, that would be the only correct rating for the quality and the extremely friendly staff. Of course you shouldn't forget the quality of the weekly menus - just great. Also important: Customer service comes first and above all the people know what that is and also celebrate it.
