Weder ein Angebot noch war er wochenlang telefonisch erreichbar. Es ist besser man sucht sich einen anderen Bodenleger. Was by appointment immediately there and has measured everything, after that there was never anything to hear from Him again. Neither an offer nor was he available by phone for weeks. Nachdem der Boden doch ein wenig fleckenanfällig war (ob das am Boden oder der Arbeit liegt, kann ich nicht beurteilen), habe ich dieses Jahr versucht, ihn über Wochen hinweg wieder zu erreichen. Mehrere Versuche über Telefon oder Email blieben erfolglos! Mr. Klapacz sanded and oiled my floor nicely 2 years ago. After the floor was a little prone to staining (I can't tell whether that's the floor or the work), I tried this year to reach it again for weeks. Several attempts by phone or email were unsuccessful!

Die eine ausgebesserte Stellen hat einen sanften Verlauf - man merkt nicht dass der Boden vorher beschädigt war. Der Ablauf und die Kommunikation waren wunderbar. Danke, gerne wieder! Die Bauausführung, darauf kommt es an, war eine glatte Eins. Sehr gute Qualität hat seinen Preis, aber dafür haben wir bestimmt lange Freude. Sehr professionelle und in meinen Augen auch ökologisch nachhaltige Arbeit. Wir haben uns eine Landhausdiele in Roteiche, etwa 90 m², legen lassen und würden diese Firma auf jeden Fall bei Bedarf wieder beauftragen. Very good quality has its price, but we have a lot of fun for that. Very professional and, in my opinion, also ecologically sustainable work. We have a plank floor in red oak, about 90 m², set and would definitely re-commission this company if necessary.
