★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We cycled from Passau to Vienna and our two boys looked forward to using the pool after 10 hrs in the saddle. We checked into the arcotel opposite and the boys went to the pool based on their watch at 18:55, only to be told that the pool is open until 20:00 but that last entry is at 19:00 and that they just missed that. The boys came back to the hotel, had a shower and watched from the window others having fun in the pool. Some peoples inflexibility amazes me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inside is nice but as a non local the signage and opening hours are very poor. Also, we were the last ones to be allowed inside before they're closing (no entry after 7 aparetly).
Official shut down of the swimming area is 8.30pm so really, a little rebate would be great since the website stated open until 9pm (which only accounts for the sauna area).
Unfriendly info clerks, so overall not impressed with this facility.
